Has anyone noticed that Many of now-a-days sonds have them mention of Allahs name in them?When speaking of this i mainly mean towards the bollywood music.I take it as quite disrespectful
Its diffrent from what Sami Yusuf and Outlandish do.

I must say I've never heard of that occurring. Then again, it's been a while since I've listened to Bollywood music..
Can you give me an example of the song and translation if possible?

Bollywood is 10 times better than hollywood and that american stuff.
Well, ALOT of bollywod music contains Islam in it, films too.
They use lotsa arabic words.
Mashallah, Subhanallah, Alhamdulilah, Allah, all that stuff 3nodding I find it very nice, i don't see the bad thing about it ^_^

It may be nice.but the thing is there not using it in a way that is respectful.thats what i think at least.such as the song chand sifarish from the movie faana.its using subanallah in a way i dont feel respectful.
and going to the movies.there are some movies that are showing a muslims in a way that is the exact oppiste we should act.There is a hendi movie called hey baby.in this movie there is a muslim man who claims to be a muslim but he has affairs with women.and im positive that is not aloud in islam.

Ofcurse. But remmember that India been under muslim rule for more than 500 years.
I know that the films maybe ain't that good. But the songs can be beautiful.
They also got songs containing Asalam Alaykum, Krudah Hafiz.
I like it that they don't just sing about their statues smile

i believe you have that wrong.india is for hindus and pakistan is for the muslims.that is why we be became to diffrent countrys. and they use allahs name to describe how beautiful women are and such.

India was under Moughal rule, then india got independent and pakistan and bangladesh came smile

Why is it disrespectful?? In India there are Muslims.. so Bollywood adds this so that you know... they don't feel left out.. I guess.. for example the song Maar dala uses Allah's name in calling for him.. I don't find it disrespectful..however I think that its disrespectful to mix Islam with other religions purposely.

Not true.. Saying that India is strictly a Hindu country is like saying that America is strictly a christian country. They don't use Allah's name for the beauty of women.. its to attract a wider audience.. specifically muslim viewers in India.
