What was the caliber? how far away was the target? what gun were you using? How awesome was it?

I shot a target 50 yards away with a .357 S&W revolver

I unscrewed the lid of a half-gallon jug of juice (re-filled with water) at 90-some yards with the Enfield. And that was the fourth shot I'd ever taken with it.

Funniest shot?
We were using a giant energizer bunny as the target, and the drum was the bullseye. I was using uber-slow .45 colt loads out of a 4 3/4" or so SA revolver. I was shooting freehand, and the bullets were dropping a good 2 and a half feet, maybe 3. I raised the sights a little bit, and I shot the pink rabbit dead-square in the groin.

Best shot?
Not quite sure, I haven't gone shooting a lot lately. I'm just glad I can hit the target nearly (if not 100%) all of the time at 200 yards with a K-31. I love that rifle. Steel butt plate and all. Of course, now I just jinxed myself.

100 yards with a Kel Tec Sub2k at 100 yards with Blazer 165 grain FMJs, and WWB. Second time shooting the rifle.

Hmm. I can't really narrow it down to a particular one, so here are the top 3. All were with a shotgun. The first canada goose I ever shot, range 40 yds. Thing was a frickin monster. Next up, the first shot I ever took with my Nova was a goose at...I guess 25-30 yds. Finally, the funiest was when I cut a snow goose's head off with a load of size T steel at a bit too close range.

First time shooting clays. Borrowed single-shot 12 gauge, first time shooting a 12 gauge at that. First shot, first clay, shattered it waaaaay out there. Then, I only hit like five more out of the 25, but I still claim that as my best.

I cut a tree limb off with an FAL at about 1-- yards, but I doubt that's really special.

We cut down a whole tree with a .270WIN shooting ancient reloads, a Mosin Nagant, and an SKS. About 80 rounds total.

I haven't had much trigger time. I guess the best shot I've taken was when I filled a bottle with vinegar and a small bag of baking soda then closed the lid tight and shook it up. With a .22 I hit near the cap and the bag shot right out of the .22 hole. I forget the distance, but it was the most fun.

Two clays one round of Target load. They split as I launched them, the one caught the wind and came back behind the first one. Popped 'em both.

My buddy caught a fragment of one with a round too, hes a ******** sniper though.

My best shot with anything was hitting the bullseye on a paper target with an airsoft gun.... twice. I was thirteen or so, so I felt a sense of accomplishment.

I doubt I have it anymore, but my best shot with a real gun was with the .22 I've shot. Got damn near the bullseye. Unfortunately, the next time I shot it, I couldn't even HIT the target.

Chipped off a tree branch once myself, after putting a .303 ball through 1/4" of aluminum. Side note: 1/4" of aluminum will stop any pistol round short of SS190. Seriously, we dumped a .44 Mag into it two or three times, and it was only putting dents in. It was the only one that pushed the dent through to the other side, too.

About 20-30 yards away, maybe more, a squirrel was running across a tree branch up high, shot it straight through the heart on the run.

Flopped backwards instantly and hit the ground and didn't move an inch.

.22 LR.

With the same .22 I used to cut down saplings with it.

At the range I go to they have these steel bars about maybe, 1/4" thick that hold up check wire to hang targets off, well, I missed my target twice, 100 yards iron sights and I wasn't going for accuracy.

Was using my Mosin Nagant.

Anyway, I put two clean holes through that steel.
Shredded and destroyed my target.

My mom did the same once with her Buckmark... except the damn thing fell about 20 feet before catching itself by one paw on the clothesline, and then it scurried off on that.

First time shooting a handgun. Springfield XD9. After the first 20 rounds, a good portion of the 2 inch bullseye was missing, and there was one hold dead center through it. Kept the target, still have it.
