im going to sakura-con with a group of my friends and we are all going as a character from naruto,and im going as kiba,i know what i can do with my hair(my hair is already short)all i need is help with the outfit(shirt,shoes,headband,ect.)

What version of Kiba are you doing? Original or Shippuden?
Headbands are easy they can be found at F.Y.E or on the internet.
He has a relatively simple outfit so i suggest that you find clothes that look close to what he has and just alter them.
For shoes and accessories, there are a bunch of good online cosplay stores listed out in this Guild. Look at them, i'm sure you can find shoes and accessories for an affordable price but are good quality.
That is just an alternative to buying or making the costume.
