User ImageBan'ma stretched her paws out infront of her with a ferocious yawn. The sun was just making it's rounds across the sky, but the lioness was lounging infront of the den, grooming herself for the day ahead.

She loved cubs as much as the next lioness, maybe more so, but the sudden influx left her a little winded. In the times where her family was still napping she took a little time to clear her head and relax. Sighing happily, she flipped her mane over her left eye in a signature style. The way it fell told her this was going to be a good day.

Mi'rage stretched and shook the sleep from his fur. He frowned at the though of having to take a nap. He was bigger than the rest of his siblings right. However, he could not complain because he always felt really when he woke.

User ImageHe jumped over his siblings and bounded out of the den with all his usual energy. He was definitely pure energy. He ran forward noticing Ban'ma a bit to late and skidded right into her side.

"Ahh!" Ban'ma toppled over to her side, teetering close to rolling onto her paw. Thank goodness she was already lying down! She coughed, spitting out the bit of her mane that had found a way in her mouth.

"Mi'rage! Slow down, son. Whats your rush? Your not meeting a girl or anything, are you?" She teased. Out of all the cubs, Ban'ma liked the little cheeton male the best. He was the one who always her on her paws.

"Sorry Mama Ban'ma. I tripped," he said laughing lightly as he got to his paws.

He shook his little head," no I'm not going to meet a girl. I was just done my nap and I'm excited to play."

Mi'rage ran about Ban'ma acting younger than he was though he truly couldn't help it. He was all grins even after his tumble and overly excited, as always.

"Will you play with me Mama Ban'ma? Will you please? Maybe we can play catch me?"

"It's alright," She laughed, leaning forward to nuzzle him affectionately. The spry cubs mood was infectious and soon Ban'ma found herself getting up, stretching out her back legs with a satisfying pop. "Well...I guess I could." Still teasing, she padded a little ways away from the den so their play time wouldn't wake the others.

"Alright, get ready. I'm only giving you a ten second head start this time."
