The city of Deichiros is a vast complex with towering buildings and beautiful spires. But Deichiros holds darker secrets in the deep bowls of iron. Vampires stalk the streets, preying on humans and werewolves control the surrounding forests. Even darker things have made the city of Deichiros their home. But some of the humans have taken notice and fight these mythical creatures. Some fall in love with them. Not everything unnatural is evil.

Bio: Vondel had been a drifter all his long long life. He was saved once by a human woman, and to this day protects humans. So now he is in this city, hoping to protect every human in it....

Bio: She never knew her own parents, for she had been taken as a small child to be trained as an Assassin. From the training she learned to trust nobody and kill those who got in her way. She had grown with no friends and only enemies, though when she saw how currupt her master was she was forced to kill him and go out on her own. She now wonders the streets, looking for jobs and having to steal to survive.

Bio: a young girl that has begun notice the changes that are happening to her and around her. The more time she spends out side the city the more she realize when she comes back that things aren’t wat they seem. She lives alone in the slums of their beautifull city, after escaping from the orphanage. She has trouble making it from day to day and works hard to make practically nothing.

Bio: When he was human, he was 22 he had just preposed to his girlfriend kendra, she was killed by a vampire for a snack, he chased after the vampire but was to weak to kill him, drake was beaten by the vampire and left to die, another vampire found him, and gave him the choose of death of to become on, he bacame a vampire, he then became a vampiric assassin, he still hunts for the killer of his lost love, and he has sworn to find him and kill him, his training has alowed the abilty of transforming into bats, and mist, he can read minds, go through solid objects fly, and can summon souls of the dead and creatures from hell to do what he askes, however he is very weak after he gets help from hell, he trusts no-one and kills anyone in his path, no matter if it is a friend or foe, Drake has learned to shild his mind from those who try to read it

Vondel walked in the slums of the city, just for the fun of it. This was usually the place where innocent humans were captured and either eaten or drained. So he had been visiting this place often, helping the poor souls who found themselves under attack. But this night was different. Nothing was out and all was quiet. Very unusual.  

[Hellz Kirara]

Nova observed the city from where she was, hidden in the shadows as she watched for any movements. Her scent was hidden by a special perfume she had been taught to make. She knew that no creature would be able to scent her, not even those with an acute sense of smell. She looked this way and that and spotted a boy, she had watched his strange behavior for several nights and she still couldn't understand why he chose to save the humans, or why he even put up with it. She than looked away, there was nobody around, it appeared that tonight there wouldn't be anybody for a night stroll. She smiled, the boy had noticed this as well. But the question was, what was he going to do about it? She looked away, to see if she could find anybody else other than him, but there was nobody.

Vondel spotted a young looking girl and eyed her carefully. When she looked away he saw her as no threat. So he did the polite thing and bowed to her. "Good evening m'lady. I hope you have a very nice night." He was going to keep walking but he heard a scream from not that far away. Vondel dashed off to the sound and glared at the lycans surrounding the small helpless child. They stopped and growled back as Vondel calmly drew his weapons and snaked into their minds.

Nova cast a glance at him as he spoke to her but she didn't take much notice as she leaped up ontop of a buildings roof to watch. It was a bunch of lycan's against one vampire, hardly seemed fair. Though she had seen him fight before, she knew he was more then capable of fighting them on his own. She leaped to a different roof, it was closer and she would get a closer look of what was happening. She wouldn't help, but it was going to at least entertain her for awhile.

Vondel nodded to them, enraging them further. The lycans snarled and charged him. Fools. Vondel lept and twirled, cutting off limbs that got to close to him. Not one move could they make that could take him down. Because he knew every move they would make before they made it. Vondel did a back flip, kicking one lycan in the jaw while the other that was charging his back ran into that one. He laughed and exacuted them both. Vondel looked around and noticed how much gore he really made. Messy him. He looked to the girl and helped her up. "Are you alright miss?" She seemed a bit shaken so he kept a hold of her until she could speak.

Cora had jsut gotten off work, it had been a long day and she had worked 5 hours of over time. she was scared to make the trip home by herself but she really didnt have a choice. she uselly went through her 'secert way' wich was really just tiny alleys between buildings that were empty, except for the rats. but lately they had begun to fill up with scary people. acully they werent even peopel they were monsters.
she decied to not run as fast as she could home because it was likely to draw attention to her. so she slung her backpack on her shoulder and made down the poorly lit street to her home.
the air smelt thick with decay and an aray of rotting things. Cora was used to it though although when shed come home to the city after leaving for a break in the nearby woods the sent would crawl into her nose and make her want to puke.
odly enough the streets were empty it only made her heart race more. were where they? what were they planning ? her mind raced along with her heart.

Airabella had become sieriusly sick with the fat human faces aroung her. she lived in the rich part of the city. in a huge empty house wich was aperntly left to her by her dead parents. well they were dead atleast.
Airabella got up from the couch she was lounging on and walked to her balconey over looking the city wat a wounderfull site it was at night speacially with blood in the air.

Nova smiled as she watched the Vampire take on the rest of the lycans on his own and even so much as help the girl. She then got distracted as she looked up, the full moon was coming around again, she smiled, how she loved the full moon. She then shook her head and returned her gaze to where the vampire and girl were, wondering what his next step would be.

The girl only nodded and ran as fast as she could from him. Mostly in fear of course. Vondel sighed and looked up to the roof. "Enjoy the show m'lady? Funny how I cant sent you, but I can still hear your thoughts." He stayed where he was, not moving so he wouldn't provoke her.

Nova tilted her head "Read my thoughts huh? So that's how you manage to come unscratched from your battles" she said back, knowing she had no need to raise her voice for him to hear her. "Your the first to figure out that i've hidden my scent, smart" she said and smiled, leaping down from the building, flipping once before landing softly infront of him "the name's nova, and you are..?" she asked, still smiling.

Fear had risen the hair on the back of Coras neck and she had begun to run although hshe new she shouldbt have. Runing attracts the eyes iof immortals. but she honestly couldnt help it. 'i really need to move away from this godforsaken city!' she thought as she ran faster befor imediatly comming to a halt.
Befor her was a tall man that loojed to be talking to the sky. But as Coras eyes followed she saw someone on top of the roofs. she stud frozen in fear. she instinctivly knew they werent human 'maybe they didnt hear me . .' she pleaded to herself despertly knowing that couldnt be, she had been running as fast as she could after all. just as her glimmer of hope was still shinning she herd foot steps close in from behinde her and an unfamilier terrifing voice say
"that was some pretty good running you did just now, too bad it wont save you." her heart froze, she had no escape.

Vondel bowed. "I am Vondel Zotura, Guardian of the humans." He told his full title, given to him by the many scornful vampires and other creatures. He was about to add more when he felt the mind of a young girl approch. Not only that the mind of a more.... hungry creature. He looked to see her staring at them and then he looked to the voice behind her. Vondel very calmly walked over to the girl and put his hands on her shoulders, turning her around to face the attacker, but keeping his hands on her. "I believe you have found my pet. I thank you for bringing her to me again. She always runs off and gets into trouble." Vondel stroked her cheek for effect. In her mind he spoke. "Be calm. Slow your breathing and act like you have nothing to fear now. I will not harm you but if you move or act fearful he will attack." Vondel kept on smiling on the inside, showing no fact that he was speaking to her through his mind.

Nova rose an eyebrow as yet another human and attack approached. She moved silently to observe what would happen, he had claimed the girl as his pet, though from the name he had presented her she knew this not to be true. She than turned to see how the creature would respond, if it decided to attack she was prepaired to slice it's head off with one of her daggers, already set in her hand. She smiled, oh how fun nights were.
