This day went by easier than I thought it would. My mom cried a few times here and there for a few minutes, but otherwise we're okay.

We took my Grandpa out for lunch and got him a few gifts, so that kept us occupied.

On the way out of the store today, though, there were two face-up pennies on the ground. Pennies from heaven and all of that. That was a good enough sign.
