If you have SoAs colored by Ameh, please post here for certing, and I will take care of it. Be sure to follow the rules outlined below and fill out the form correctly. This applies to changes on a cert (adding/changing names) or changing a cert entirely (if your character moves to a different pride) or if you have to name a cub from a breeding or whatever.
-> Only owners may post about cert issues. Please do not post if you do not own the SoA. The only exceptions to this are pride leaders, and the owners of the parents of new litters. Pride owners may remove SoAs from their pride, but they may not add them. For breedings, please have only one person fill out the forms for all the cubs. After this initial cub certing, please only post about the SoA you own!
-> I will not cert cubs from litters if they are posted in different posts. REMEMBER to post the WHOLE litter your cub belongs to together in one post! (This is usually the job of one of the owners of ONE of the parents!)
-> If no certing information is posted for breedings, the cubs will not grow.
-> If possible, please provide the adult rank for your growing SoA, or tell me if you do not plan to keep him/her as a rogue or within that pride.
-> I will NOT recert/cert itemed SoA unless I have done the items! Give me the un-itemed version, please!
-> Do not post the SAME SoA to be certed in two different posts! Please DELETE your previous post and make a new one. This includes pride changes, rank changes, etc.
-> Please do not post for an SoA to be certed on one cert if you know they're going to be joining a different pride in the next week/month/etc. I know some of you like to just have a cert ASAP and don't want to wait for a joining RP, but this can get really annoying.
-> I will cert SoA as twins, but only if they are identical (with the exception of different gender, eye color, or small details, but different colors with same markings I won't). If I do twin certs, I will not do separate certs.
-> If you're posting info for your familiar to be certed, remember to give its gender! Otherwise it cannot be certed!
-> If you give me a broken image or your SoA was not colored by me, I will not cert it. I will allow exceptions if I colored a familiar and you want to attach it to the SoA of an inactive colorist.
-> If there is a problem with your request then I will explain what is wrong in a quoted comment. Please fix the problem and then repost your request so it does not get missed.
-> If your SoA is in any of the new prides then they will not be certed until the certs are ready.
