Personality: Erasto is not exactly the viscous Kalona-halfbreed that he looks like. Whereas he enjoys his fun and games (and meat!), he is more of an intellectual who enjoys dwelling in ancient books written on the subjects of Black Magic and Witchcraft. He loves to be challenged, even if it means experiencing several mistakes and near failure. His idea of fun is experimenting with random potions and spells, all of which are for unusual and disturbing things. He constantly puts on a facade of a "Witch Doctor", and lures wary victims to his little hut with the help of his bright lantern. Despite his unruly and alarming appearance, the oblivious patients are trustful of Erasto because he claims he can cure any illness with a potion or spell. Of course, said patient is lucky enough if they leave his dwelling with all of their limbs intact.
Erasto does eat meat, but most of his victims are used for spell components--AKA, eyeballs, tongues, hooves, intestines, and anything else his cryptic books call for. He is quite the charmer, and is attracted to both males and females. However, his wants never increase to anything more than a curious lust, and he's not one for needing physical pleasure. He rather admires a body for its potential taste or ability to provide ample spell components. However, if a victim turns out to be smarter than previously thought, Erasto might simply entertain them, or bargain their release with a tidbit of information or a rare piece of jewelry or such.
Erasto sleeps well into the afternoon and is not a morning person. He works well into the late night, wandering around the area beyond his hut, trying to attract potential victims.
He wears his mask in almost all of his transitions, and only takes it off to sleep and during important spells. He will also reveal his face to certain horses, either because he feels that they're worthy or because he feels like creeping them out with his eyes. He found the skull buried in the swamp muds, and thinks that it's from some ancient magical beast that will protect him from others' curses.
Background: Erasto was born a Kalona father and a Kirin mother. His father killed his mother after he was born, and then proceeded to kill himself out of insanity. Erasto was left to his own at a very young age, and was adopted by a strange and strict Angeni named Honovi. Honovi, who only lived to study, experiment, and worship snakes, didn't realize that a bit of Erasto's father's madness had passed on to the son. Instead of becoming a willing servant, Erasto gained knowledge and ambition from Honovi's books, and was determined to overthrow the powerful Angeni and make him HIS servant. Honovi would have no part in it, and decided to kill Erasto without further notice. But Erasto promptly left Honovi's territory, toting a load of valuable books and one of Honovi's prized serpent armlets with him. He now hides in the swamps, practicing his magics and plotting the day that he can return to the Angeni and face him as an equal--or even more, as a superior.

First of all, Erasto can't handle the fact that he used to be some conceited, fed-up Angeni's servant. He likes the feeling of power and control, and envies that fact that someone used to have it over him. He's also fed up with having to hunt for his own herbs in the dirty swamp waters, and hates how his braid always drags in the mud. Therefore, he's looking for an obedient, humble, and quiet servant who will do his bidding and not complain about his nasty eating habits. This servant must also learn not to talk back to him when he's having his heated moments, and must be able to rouse him in the morning when he's overslept (lol). The servant will have access to his hut, but only to arrange new spell components. They ARE NOT allowed to touch his books. But don't worry, they'll get a little lean-to to sleep under outside, and may progress to sleeping in the hut.
OH, AND THIS SERVANT MUST BE A MALE! I just don't think that a female would be able to do all of Erasto's bidding and not complain. I'll need someone a bit tougher for this, so a male is a must. And he must be of a lesser breed, such as a common, uncommon, or something other than a scarier breed.

NEAR ESCAPE!
Someone is lured in by Erasto's lantern, and is fooled by his claim to cure any ailment. He leads them inside and offers them a harmless potion and comfort--and then explains that he'll need to use their eyeballs for a new spell. How do they escape? It's up to you! But I do expect a bit of humor to be in this, since Erasto is more of an addle-brain than a cold-blooded killer. I mean, who TELLS their victim that they're going to kill them? REALLY? x'D

Well hello there smile I'm here to offer up either one of my girls for an rp you can read more about them in my Plot thread. I would post it all here but . . .I kinda went over board with everything lol. You'll see smile I think either one of them would be interesting for vastly different reson. Thesh-ah because she has a bad past with his kind yet is trying very hard to accept everyone for who they are not what they are. That and it says he's good with potions. Perhaps he could tempt her with a promiss to make her beautiful? Wich could go one of two ways he could trick her into serveing him or he could feel pitty for her desire. Blake: because she moves about so much and is a sucker for every new and interesting soq she meets. Not in the love kind of way but in the freind kind of way. Storys are the sweetest sun ripened apple to her and new soq even more so. Be careful though she no fool and won't take kindly to mocking.

I like the idea of luring Thesh-ah in with a beauty potion. That would make for an interesting conversation. I think he'd more interested in her mask than anything else, and perhaps try to steal it by threatening her. But she can get away, or bargain her life with him by offering to fetch him some crazy spell component. I don't think they'd ever be friends, because he's not a friend-kind-of-person, but it'd make for a fun confrontation. :3

OMG
I want to offer my Forte, she's an usdia, but she suffers from some memory issues. Wait, you know Forte XDD But yeah, before her first mate she doesn't remember anything, and while she was with him, when he left for his journey, she would have these episodes. She couldn't remember where she was, or even starlet. So I'd be interested in sending her to your boy looking for a cure to her memory issues o.o

I would love to offer up my Regular Boy Senshi as the subservient Male Servant. Senshi had a... problem occur when he was young that resulted in the death of his brothers. His fault of course. He has been haunted since the 'accident' and almost never talks back to someone. He very rarely has anger issues and always takes them out on the trees or water. He would never speak back to Erasto in anger. So what do you think..? Senshi Cert

And that sounds like a cool idea! OF course, in order not to become lunch or a spell component, Forte might need to bring some kind of payment, like some kind of herb or piece of jewelry. Then again, Erasto might be interested enough in her predicaments to simply agree to help her out. A potion or spell for memory will definitely be a challenge for him, and he may just want to enjoy that challenge! Either way, sounds good! <3
@Snow: Alrighty, he sounds like a good fit! He might have to get a little dirty here and there, but if he works hard, Erasto might feel like repaying him. :3

I offer up Pavo for pretty much any plot xD. I think they might clash a little with personalities, but over all it could be interesting =3  I dont really have a set personality for her, so it could change during rp ^^;;.
