Probably both, is my guess. My guess is they'll break it down into episodes as you uncover new parts of the investigation, but have it all tie together.

Capcom of America (or whatever it's called) listens to their fans probably the most out of any company I've seen. Their community is ridiculous and with the rabid attention I've seen this game getting on a myriad of websites and in the comments of every upload of the same video, it will come here.

They were probably just saying that so people would get even more rabid over it and then make sure to buy it when it comes out.

Yeah, all that article said is it wasn't officially announced for NA yet, and it was just announced recently. And like they said there, both series' are very successful over here, theres no need to worry.
