is kakashi an uchiha, i mean, he has the Sharingan, but its a kekei gekai (or something like that), right?

Uchiha Obito gave him his Sharingan before he died.
Kakashi is a Hatake.

yeah obito gave to him....when kakashi became a jounin, the 4th(not the 4th at the time) and his friend rin gave him gifts(a cool looking kunai, and a medical kit) obito and kakashi didnt get along at the time.....but while ona mission kakashi got his eye cut by the enemy making it useless and obito ended up obtaining sharingan and just before he died, he had rin(medical ninja) transplant his left eye into kakashi so he could have the sharingan and 2 working eyes...

Kakashi is a Hatake.
When he was 12 years of age, he became a jounin. On that day Kakashi's face was cut and he lost his left eye. Shortly after his friend Uchiha Obito was fataly injured. Before he died, he gave Kakashi one of his Sharingan to replace the eye he lost.
This is why the Sharingan draws so much energy from Kakashi; it's not naturally his.
