Don't really mind the voice, myself, but they weren't kidding when they said this game was aimed at younger children.

I can get used to Tails' new voice. It's different every game anyways. Sonic's is way too different though.

And yeah, cartoon writing is better than serious writing for Sonic.

I actually really like Sonic's new voice. Isn't Sonic supposed to be 15 or something? He actually sounds like a teenager now. Griffith was just kinda annoying. This new guy sounds more like Ryan Drummond, but just better at voice acting.

As for the cut-scene itself, it's okay. The humour is clearly aimed at children, but at least it's going in the opposite direction from Sonic the Hedgehog 06 and it's bestiality and srs bsns and such.

It sort or reminds me of the old Sonic cartoons, which were awesome. All that's missing is Sonic warning Tails not to play with power tools.

Lip syncing hasn't come far for Sonic games since the Dreamcast days, I see. Sonic's voice is a bit surprisingly different, but I can't say I really dislike it. The humor though, ugh. I'm not sure I'd even like it if I were a kid. xd

Still, not terrible.

Mind you, it seems as if there will be some half decent humour in the game. The announcements during the levels themselves from Robotnik seem somewhat amusing.

The voice is pretty good; he does sound a touch older. And I definitely liked the dialogue. Just the right amount of humor.

Sonic should never be dark. Look at the comics. Terrible.

I am so not used to this voice! I'm used to 'YOUR TO SLOW!!!111 LAWL, WIN!!" from brawl. Its going to take some serious game playing to get used to it.

Or at least a decent one. Anything's better than Griffith.
