Link to the Main HerdBeliefs:Spirits are everywhere and in everything. They should be respected and listened to, for they know things soquili can not.
There are however spirits to be feared and the members of this pride consider themselves the first line of defense for those who do not pay attention to the spirits.
Rituals:Morning Reflection: Basically a quite period in the morning when members reflect or meditate
Sound of the Drum:It can be said the soquili of this herd love the sound of drums and tend to join in on any occasion where they are played.
Prayers: Members of this herd often says prayers for protection or thanks. Some personal some are done as groups.
The Full Moon: It is believed that on the full moon the spirit world is at its strongest. This can be a bad and a good thing. Its the perfect time for extra prayers and there are guards set up around the herd as well as the Kawani village to watch for any signs of something that could go wrong.
Positions:Alpha Male: Spiritual Leader and her leader (1)
Alpha Protector: In charge of the guards of the herd (1)
Alpha Hunter: In charge of the hunters of the herd (1)
Alpha Healer: ((Unicorn or Unicorn mix)) In charge of the healers in the herd. (1)
Alpha Nanny: In charge of the nanny(s) (1)
Spirit Dreamers: These are members spend every moment of the day speaking with the spirits and are known to have the spirits visit them in their dreams.(3)
Guards: Strong member of the herd wiling to protect the herd and the Kawani village for dangers seen and unseen.
Hunters: Members who locate food sources and collect food for the winter stocks
Healers: Healers of the herd ((don not have to be unicorns))
Nanny(s): Take care of the foals keep them out of trouble.
Other Notes:Some members have picked up the language of the two legs, though they still can not speak with humans they can understand better as well as tend to use a few words in there every day speak or prayers.
