There was once a few generations back a small settlement here in this area. It had been frequently terrorized and plundered by kalonas and skinwalkers. The environment had started to suffer, and the soquili who lived there started to become fearful for their children's survival. As it would turn out, not many years after these raids came a group of druids. They came to the herd leader representing themselves as the Footprints of Cenarion. They said that they were dispatched to this region to set up a small camp where they might work from; that they might research the region as to the causes of all these increasing levels of raids. They hoped they might be able to help restore it to its previous serenity.
The leaders of this small reclusive herd thought perhaps the gods had smiled on them with some fortune. While a few were slightly apprehensive and feared this group might be some weird occultic zealots, the group agreed that the purpose for this group would serve their children.

The herd's elders and the Elder Druids all met during a meeting. The druids explained how they would do their best to not cause too much problems, but they also said if the herd didn't mind to lend some of their able bodied adventurers. Perhaps they'd be able to work together.

Now, with a few generations passed, the Cenarion group has become a permanent part of this clan. However, not all of the reasons behind the reason of their coming had been resolved yet. The footprints of Cenarion still are keeping watch and trying to solve the mysteries of this glade.

Why do you think you qualify for this position (from the eyes of the horse ;D): Highbourne's mother was a druid of the claw. Because of this, he grew up with a deep appreciation for the earth. He learned to be in tune with local wildlife. As he grew up, he understood that it was his destiny to follow in teh ways of his mother. He wanted to follow Cenarion.

What position is your soquili applying for? (Alpha/Gatherer/Guardian etc): Gatherer
Quick Blurb of backstory (or goals in life for those who have none): Fabre once was just off and amiss in the wilderness gathering herbs. He would trade them to other soquili for anything he needed that he didn't have. Though he didn't need much since he lived a simple life. Until, he met her. He met a druid, Kiarasteri. She was beautiful and ferocious at times. He had never met anyone like her, and he was incapacitated to do anything. He had the fortune of meeting with her before her greater adventures came to her life. For she would later meet another who would steal her heart.
Fabre has dedicated the rest of his existence to the well being of his children.
Why do you think you qualify for this position (from the eyes of the horse ;D): It was either this or general populace for him. I'd like him to have something to do, so it doesn't seem like he's just following his son around all the time.

Quick Blurb of backstory (or goals in life for those who have none): IC'ly, she was my first mount in wow. i named her after the zone called feralas. so maybe we can perhaps there once was a territory named feralas river or creek where she is named for in soquili. She is a faithful companion. Has a heart of gold. Though she isn't capable of the things a warhorse is; she seeks to one day be at least as fast as them.
Why do you think you qualify for this position (from the eyes of the horse ;D): She is a good runner. She can get out of a fix with the quickness. I don't think she has traits that would make her a good guardian.

Quick Blurb of backstory (or goals in life for those who have none): Not really
Why do you think you qualify for this position (from the eyes of the horse ;D): She is themed on a mount. She has a love of the sea because that's all she ever knew. She was swimming by on the pursuit to nowhere when she passed up this encampment. She found all the soquili there pleasant to talk to when she rose to the water's surface. She hopes to help offer a unique perspective to the glade by keeping an eye out from the sea.

Quick Blurb of backstory (or goals in life for those who have none): She is an odd girl having been from winter's viel. Though she should know its location, she always forgets since she's extremely absent minded. Being peculiar like she is, she tends to frequently wander off and get lost.
Why do you think you qualify for this position (from the eyes of the horse ;D): She is just too odd at times and unreliable to have any position of value in the herd. Sometimes, she needs a chaperone.

Quick Blurb of backstory (or goals in life for those who have none): Ironforge is a proud creature and is generally at his best when protecting and serving something or someone he thinks important. He's your typical 'knight in shining armor' and has gentlemanly tendencies. unfortunately he can be quite clueless when it comes to more personal feelings, often not noticing someone likes him until they come right out and say it in blunt terms.

He is extremely loyal and lives by a strict knightly type code of honor. Because he often puts the job before personal feelings he can come across as a bit gruff at times - but he has the best interests at heart and would never intentionally wound anyones feelings - unless your his enemy in which case he shall spare you no mercy.

Why do you think you qualify for this position (from the eyes of the horse ;D): It pretty much suit what I've always wanted for him - the position of a protector suits him more then anything else.
