Nanashi stood in front of the - admittedly- pretty female cheetah, his eyes cold and the pelt kept tensely between his jaws. He had already given his name to the female and explained why he was there, but now came the part most people disliked. The blinding.
He placed the pelt by his paws, and motioned to it. "Before you may return to our pride, you must be blinded so that you may not know the way," he told her simply, his tone tense and firm. He was not exactly happy to be there, but he was becoming more active within the pride and he knew he needed to help out, even if it meant recruiting and escorting new members back into the pride. Thankfully, he had been told that this female was willing to go.
"I will then lead you to the entrance and will only remove the pelt when you are within the walls of the pride and are away from the rogue lands." He glanced at the pelt and back up at her. She was...attractive, he supposed. She would likely do well within the pride. "This is not optional. Do you have any questions?"

Tabia looked up at the handsome cheetah before her, her amber eyes regarding him calmly, the thick ring of her lashes making them appear much larger then they were.
She assessed the dangerous looking male with a knowing gaze, a thousand observations made, filed and discarded in as long as it took the Boss man to finish his speech to her.
Tabia inclined her head gracefully, her voice a husky, sensual purr, " I understand," she crouched down onto her belly, laying her head at his feet, " I am ready to return home sir."
The beautiful female waited for her Master to lead her back home, and back into the service of her Mistress, her Queen. Tabis Word Count: 852

Nanashi inclined his head - a faint gesture of approval to the female's actions, though not much else showed on his face. Though he was not the most stoic of males, he knew when to hide his expressions, and this female may have proven worthy to the pride, but Nanashi was not so ready to deal out trust to one who had not earned it from him. He would make sure that Nyoka had not placed her trust in the wrong sort, though it was unlikely - as Nyoka was strong enough to take care of herself. Nanashi still felt the urge to protect her though, and would do so whenever he could.
Although her pelt was different, Nanashi could not help but draw similarities to his sister, one of the Geisha in the pride. The purr she used was similar, as was the grace she had. It was a weird comparison to draw, and the frown upon Nanashi's face grew deeper at the thought. The pride did not need another Aiko, he scoffed inwardly, as he lowered his head to wrap the pelt around her face, obscuring her vision.
It would be a fair journey back to the pride, so as to allow her to follow, he would need to keep vocal contact, or allow her to keep close. He would talk, he decided, not wishing this female close to him. Pretty or not, he was simply not pleased with his former comparisons. "Stand," he told her calmly, stepping back.
"You will need to follow me unhesitatingly, else you will be lost and I will not track back to find you." A lie, perhaps, as Nyoka would be unpleased if he returned without the female he had been sent to retrieve.

Tabia quirked an eyebrow at the Master's frown, her lip twitching in wary amusement behind her veil. Something about her seemed to have ruffled his ruff, and she wondered at it as he tied the pelt around her eyes.
Tilting her head to the sound of his voice, she drew in his scent, memorizing the musky maleness of it, running the taste of it over her tongue, tucking it away in her memory. Should she loose him, which was doubtful, she could always track him by scent.
At his command she rolled gracefully to her feet, her step as light as the summer breeze, " I will not loose you sir." Tabia whispered in her sultry purr, waiting patiently for him to begin to walk.

Nanashi found his eyes drawn to her form again as she gracefully rose to her feet, admitting that perhaps she would be well suited to the pride. Perhaps then he would not have to see his sister travelling this way and that way with various members of the pride, which was always a disturbing thought to the male.
"Good," he said firmly, before setting off back towards the pride. He knew the way off by heart now, having lived there for many months and having taking several trips outside to the rouge lands. Admittedly, most of them were with his young niece as she wanted to see the world, but was unable to do so alone.
As he walked and the silence stretched between then, he offered a question back to her, mostly out of sheer curtsey. "Do you have any questions about your life now?" He asked, coldly.

Tabia followed him easily enough, though she did have to strain her other senses in order not to trip or run into any of the dense foliage around them. Not the first time in her life she was glad for her training as a dancer, it kept her step light, her balance perfect, a graceful, fluid motion to her silent paws.
Her ears flicked forward as he spoke, another amused smile twitching behind her veil at his query. Tabia would have been content to walk in silence, but like any male, he had not been able to tolerate the quiet. Males were such talkative creatures, it made them so adorable at times, annoying at others.
" Sir?" the females voice was low, her tone respectful, " No Sir, but I am willing to listen to any instruction you may wish to give me."

Nanashi did not glance back at her as she spoke, or to check if she was fairing okay with the mask. As long as she followed, that was all that really mattered in the end. Though damaging the good was never a good idea, so he glanced back to check on her, seeing her fairing well even with the obstacles in the way. He nodded in approval, although she could not see him do so.
He stayed silent for a moment, thinking of what instructions he should tell her, and struggling to think of many to give. "Follow your superiors orders," he told her, knowing it was rather unnecessary, as it was the main rule in most pride, "but if trouble occurs or you are unsure of something, come to The Boss Lady Nyoka or myself." Though they should not, some members might take advantage of a new female in the pride, and should that happen, it would be treated seriously.
"Most of my advice would be rather unnecessary, I am sure, as you do not appear the defiant sort," he remarked, his comment more a warning then a normal comment.

Tabia laughed softly, the tone silvery as it floated through the undergrowth, " You will find that I obey very well Sir, providing the orders are sound, as for not being defiant, I am never disorderly in private Sir, however, I am not afraid to speak my mind."
She lifted her head, her tail curling high and proudly over her back as she spoke, the bangles on it making a soft tinkling sound. It was clear that she was secure in who she was and what she did, and was not about to relinquish that pride.
Tabia was respectful, for he was higher on the food chain then she, but she did wish him to know that she was not a wilting flower, but rather a competent, well trained, female.

Nanashi nodded again, without caring she could not see. "That is good to know," he told her, his tone light but not soft. "There is always a time and a place for speaking ones mind." He did not always appreciate outright obedient people, as they tended to fold under pressure too easily, but this female did not seem as though she would buckle easily.
He flicked a glance back at her, mouth quirked into a smirk at her posture, the tail held high and her jewellery clinking delicately. Well, she would certainly appeal to the males of the pride, he thought dryly to himself.
He kept quiet, finding no further need to talk. He didn't want to make small talk for the sake of talking, especially not with a foreign female, but it would be a while until they reached the pride. Though they were making good time, it was not a small distance to where they needed to be.

Tabia followed the handsome male, a slight smile on her muzzle. She liked how he smelled, and how his paws barely disturbed the ground as he walked. Had she not been as well trained as she had, Tabia would not have heard him at all.
The female padded along behind, content to just follow for now, Tabia relaxed into their journey, pleased to be in his company and to be returning 'home'.

The silence stretched between them and Nanashi glanced back every once in a while to check to make sure that she was still there. She was silent, and that was a good thing. Soon, the time was upon them to reach the pride itself.
He moved through the trees which guarded the outside of the pride, a sigh working free of his mouth without him meaning too. He was close to home. "Walk carefully," he told her firmly, without glancing back. The trees might trip her a little, but he could lead her through unscathed
It did not take him long to work through to the pride entrance and he paused there, waiting for her to be at his side at least, before stepping through and leading her into the pride. He waited until they were close tot he centre of the pride before he stopped. "Stop," he told her, and waited for her to do so, before reaching out for the pelt which blinded her. She would get her first glimpse of the pride now, and then he would lead her to her new den, and leave her to settle.

Tabia tilted her head to one side, taking a slow breath, scenting the wind as she felt the terrain change under her paws. Their were trees here, and the smell of water. She filed it away for future reference. One never could be to careful with some things.
When she heard her Master order her, she did as she was told. Stopping with the inborn grace she had shown earlier, her tail wrapping loosely around her back paws. Tabia felt the stir of air as he moved toward her, but she didn't so much as twitch, waiting until she felt his presence close before bowing her head to him. Making it easier for him to remove the pelt from her amber born eyes.

Nanashi unwound the pelt from around her eyes, careful to neither touch her more then necessary, nor cause her harm by tugging too harshly. As the pelt fell away, he let it fall to the floor, stepping back so that she might see the pride in full, before he plucked the pelt from the ground, tossing it over his shoulder so that he could take it back with him. Pelts could be used again, the added scent of others on it would only serve to confuse the wearer more, and therefore, was actually a gain to the pride.
"Welcome to your new home," he remarked casually, glancing out at the pride. It was busy, as it was still daylight and the pride members were still doing their job.
He stayed quiet, allowing her to take in the sights, before saying, "I will take you to your new den when you are ready." He didn't believe she was the type to be overwhelmed or - Mkodi forbid - gushy about her new pride, but he might be wrong. He simply hoped he was not. He had other things to do that day, other then be polite to a new female, and the sooner he dropped her off, the better - in his mind, at least.

Tabia looked around her, taking in what she saw, a slow half smile painting itself on her muzzle, her amber eyes sparkling as she watched the Pride for a few breaths.
" Thank you for escorting me Sir," she inclined her head to him respectfully, " I would like to see my accommodations if I may? It has been a long journey home, and I am sure you have much more pressing matters then seeing to the comfort of one lone female." Her sultry voice was low, keeping the conversation between her and the male beside her.
" Please, led on..."
In all truth, she was tired and could use a rest before taking up her duties as an Entertainer for the Pride, though she was sad to depart the male's company, having found him very intriguing, despite his stand off nature.

Nanashi glanced around as well, as she looked at her new pride. Though he was not gazing around for sheer joy, he was looking for his mate, who he could not see. Perhaps she was resting in their den, he mused, resolving to seek her out after escorting Tabia to her new den.
He glanced over as she spoke, inclining his head in acknowledgement of her thanks, though the sultry voice surprised him. He narrowed his gaze at her, only slightly, though the voice was attractive, there were few things about entertainers which intrigued him. The similarity to his sister was growing, and it was rather disturbing. "Indeed I do," he said, doubling the coldness in his voice, perhaps as a warning to the female that he was not interested, or perhaps merely as a defence against a faint stir of interest in that sultry voice.
He motioned for her to follow him, as he set off towards where the entertainers dens were. Her den had already been picked for her, in the midst of the other entertainer's dens. He motioned for to enter. "If you need anything," he left the invitation open, unwilling to invite her to seek him out - because she probably would and he really only intended the invitation as politeness only.
He would wait until she entered her den, and then he would leave, to seek out the cheetah who really interested him, his mate.
