Yes, Pandora's Tower is a new Nintendo IP along with Steel Diver.

Not that Nintendo really needs new IPs . . .

New IPs are nice, but they're not really necessary when you reinvent your current ones like Nintendo does.

Like, this is a "new" IP, but it just screams "JRPG" to me, and it's not like we've never seen a JRPG before.

Outside of the DS, I haven't really seen too many JRPGs this gen, which is kind of sad because I love JRPGs.

That and Nintendo has never let me down when it comes to their IPs.

If it turns out to be an RPG (which it probably will be) I will loose all interest.

Very low chance, but hopefully! They didn't even release Xenoblade! Like WTF!
Anyways, what's IP? o.O
Is it First Party?
And if it is then yes! First First Party JRPG for Nintendo!
I don't consider Zelda to be a JRPG.
Well, it looks like a JRPG (Talking about the Pandora's Tower game)

Xenoblade is under a TBA 2011 release for North America.
As for IP, I'm not exactly sure what it stands for, but it basically means franchise.

And I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Last Story >_<

IP, as far as I know, stands for "Intellectual Property," which is sort of like a synonym for "franchise."

OH MY GOD! BENDER! YEAH!

On a more serious note...

By the looks of the video, that wall Kirby was running from was made of Dark Matter... so maybe it will be the return of Zero (as Zero Three)!
