Favourite Manga: Ouran High School Host Club.
Why: It's really funny, and I find the whole 'host' idea very interesting, especially since it would get nowhere near as much prestige back here in England - certainly, they wouldn't be doing host clubs in the affluent schools.

As for me,i've watched so many anime and read so many manga it's hard for me to choose!
If I had to choose my favorite romance anime, though,it has to be either Sora no Otoshimono or Love Hina.

I have wanted to make comics from about age 7 or so, only my drawings didn't fit into the 'comic style world' so great. gonk I was starting to think that I may never fit in! crying
One day I saw some anmie shows, I heart the way that they looked! I so wanted to do a book with those kinds of characters!!! I started writing some of those kinds of stories. Only I heart to make-up stories about other worlds too. sweatdrop
I didn't know about manga till years later. I knew it was much more for me!!! whee

I only really got into manga after seeing spirited away - before then, I'd never heard of it. a friend of my mother's got me a book of how to draw manga for my ninth or tenth birthday, and it took off from there once I realised that there were all these cool things that I'd never seen before, and that things like Dragon Ball Z that I watched when I was only four were part of it.

Hmmm... I think the first person to introduce me to anime was a friend in 6th grade. Real anime, not Avatar or what they show on Cartoon Network. I read Death Note for a little bit, but then my parents didn't like me reading it so I didn't touch anything manga/anime related for a while, almost two years.

Then I heard some girl talking up Fullmetal Alchemist, so I watched the first episode on a whim. I was instantly enamored with it! I stayed up late watching it until I finally finished the whole thing, including Brotherhood and the movie. After that, I began searching for something i liked even better. Ouran Host Club came close, but My Bride is a Mermaid and Full Moon O Sagashite are on par with FMA. Then you want something even better, and I was officially suckered in to anime. It's an addiction!

I think I'm so in love with it because there's such a variety, and it's so much cleverer than what's on American TV! It's different, much more imaginative and unique. I honestly don't know why it isn't more popular, there's something for every one.

Anyway, that's my long winded rambling story of how I came to like love anime and manga.

I heart Fantasy & Action shows.
I heart Spirited Away & the other movies that he made.
As for shows I really heart Zatch Bell! It was super cool but they stopped showing it here!!! crying
I hope that Tegami Bachi gets turned into a show. It only has 4 mangas out. So I will have to wait.

While action/philosophy combos frequently catch my attention, clean shojo is really what hits my spot. It either needs to be funny all the time like Ouran High or My Bride is a Mermaid, or tragic with a happy ending like Full Moon O Sagashite. Those are my favorites!

I heard that Rosario+Vampire has been make into an amine.
I think that a girl banshee, would be fun. She could dress as a boy, to hide her powers. As a way to try and make some real freinds.
