I could have had an encounter...

Not everyone has a basement like I do. There is the stairs that go into the basement, then there is turning the corner to go into the laundry room. The Laundry room in our house is considered the back of the basement. And underneath the stairs...there are...cobwebs.

MANY cobwebs. Why my silly self CHOSE tonight of all nights to snoop in the back of the basement for our old nativity set, I have no idea but as soon as I saw all of those cobwebs-

"AW HELL! NO! Zephon, you ********! You're just waiting for me back there! I KNOW IT!"

XD I'm still laughing about it. Me of all people, had tot hink of Zephon when looking at cobwebs.

Now had I thought of this little cutie:

I'd be terrified to have a basement.

Thankfully, basements here are uncommon. I think it's because we're at sea level.

BUT, IT DOESNT' HAVE AN ATTIC OR BASEMENT.

.__. You'd have to settle for a basement in my house. It was built in the 30s, bought sold and fixed up in the 40s, and well. XD Oh I dunno how to describe it.

We have an attic - it's full of rubbish and spider webs. Every so often I have to go in there and whisk around with one of my broken arrows to clear up the webs - otherwise it just gets really... websy. Once when I came back from university, it was like Shelob's lair!

Our basement used to have mice. Those are less fun.

I don't have a basement or an attic, but the crawlspace above the house apparently has something living in it. It's loud and hissy and chattery and seems to argue with itself a lot and I'm suspecting a Zephonim because I keep finding large ground spiders everywhere.
