Subira was tired after what seemed like years of taking care of her charge. Kayode was a ball of energy and she just didn't know how to handle such a young cub when she wasn't the type to be overly exuberant. The lioness wasn't exactly sure what was going to happen here but if worse came to worse, Subira could just seek help from her mother. Not that she exactly wanted to do that but... sometimes life did that to you.

She hadn't seen Fahamu since the two had journeyed into the woods together to help in gathering the lost cubs and she sorely missed her friend. Surely he would know how to handle this cub since he was young himself. With the sight of a little bit of relief in sight, Subira called for Kayode, "Kayode, we're going to find Fahamu."

Kayode had liked having someone to take care of him but Subira acted like such an old lady! Sometimes he wondered how old she actually was, with her acting the way she did. He knew that she was older than he was but how old did you have to be to act like that?

Shaking his head in complete confusion, Kayode's ears perked up when he heard his name. When she did talk it was normally to tell him not to do something so he wasn't looking forward to what she had to say until he noticed the name of Kayode's idol. Fahamu was so cool when he met him last time! Maybe the older male would let him play and act like a kid instead of the old lady?

"We're gonna go see Hamu? Awesome!" He pounced around with a huge grin on his face, jumping in circles around Subira as she began to walk. They were to the Players' area before he knew it and Kayode stared with wide eyes at the props and neat things that he was excited to eventually try out. When he was older, the cub knew exactly what he wanted to do.
