Youtube tags don't work in guilds.

EDIT: You should probably actually post the video so we know what you're talking about.

I didn't have trouble with a copy/paste of the video link.

What shocked me about the difference between the Nambu and Colt was how sloppy the Nambu sprayed rounds. Kind of like my old Ruger Mk 1. Made the Colt 1911 look like a match pistol by contrast.

Guess I won't be buying the one they have in the Boise Cabala's Gun Library. pirate

you know what the funny thing is?

the ruger mk1 is pretty much a direct copy of the nambu. ninja which is probably why they share that in common.

Well, a lot of competition shooters use the M1911 (or so I've heard), so it IS a match pistol.

I should have qualified that statement by stating that specific 1911 looked like a factory stock basic pistol.

I know one can hot rod a 1911 thousands of different ways for accuracy. The point I was hoping to make was that a stock 1911 out of the box appears, in the hands of the same shooter, to be far more accurate.

I have a question- has there EVER been a Japanese-made gun that wasn't a total pile of s**t?

Let's just say there's a reason why Japanese officers carried swords into battle in World War II...

I think they make a pretty good G36 knockoff right now. Or maybe it's just the G36, I can't remember. Other than that, they're all s**t, knockoffs, or both. 7.7mm Arisaka is rimless .303 British. Literally no other difference.

And as long as we're talking knockoffs and such, there are some Jap made Browning A-5s around. I will personally vouch for reliability.

Shame they made such good swords...and such bad guns.
