Welcome to our contest thread for four beautiful hyena pups! They will be going to two different packs. Two with their mother and two with their father. Anyone can enter and the pups are below!

Rules! 1. Be nice 2. The pups are to stay in the packs till at least adult - please let us know if you want them to leave the packs 3. This shall be open for about a week - we do have the right to extend it 4. We would like to see these pups RPed if possible. 5. Research the packs before entering, it will show if you don't know what you are talking about. 6. You can only win one pup - if you win one of the RP contests you wont win the raffle. Please be aware that males in this pack are expected to act a certain way. Name/Meaning for Pup:Akintola: Boldness is as Good as Wealth
Personality:Ruthless in the best word to describe him. He will do what he has to, to whoever he has to, to meet his, or his packs needs. Akintola has no loyalty, or sense of being duty-bound to anyone or anything except for maintaining the Packs borders and riding the savanna of lion kind. There are no other causes, and no other masters for him. If he has ever felt affection for any other creature, he has never spoken of it, and likely never will.
Arrogant, secure in his ability to back up that arrogance, everything about his body movement is unhurried. He has no need to impress, no need to prove himself, but he will, without hesitation if he feels threatened and there will be no mercy shown.
Akintola is not a thug, in fact he is usually polite, calm at all times, and utterly insincere, but you wouldn’t know it. He learned quick the value of knowing what he could drive a heyna with, making available their vices and desires. It was more successful then black mail. Letting them believe that you were a loyal and faithful servant or friend was even more useful. So far both those observations have proven true, so while he has disdain for the type of weakness he considers friendship and loyalty, he is very good at mimicking both behaviors.

Response: Poor little Boa is going to be in for some shell shock as he grows up. Although he is the first born son, and has a rough and tumble name, he's not the most aggressive, or even the meanest. In fact, he is really a complete sweet heart, would never hurt a fly, and doesn't understand why other people would. He's going to be kind of unhappy through his youth without really knowing why. Boa feels he has failed his mom by being a peaceful male. He assumes she picked him because she expected more from him, and he has failed her somehow.
In the harem, Boa is probably the least of the males - not because he is a bad hyena or misbehaves, but because he is not aggressive and the eye of his mother seems like the eye of failure to him.
I hope that one day Boanerges will become a royal consort to a princess, and redeem himself in his own eyes at least. I definitely want him to fully fall in love with a female, but be forced to deal with the fact that he is a lowly male, and ultimately has to follow orders.
