Burnt Food

.. smells REALLY bad.

My mother managed to burn sugar cookies with bunnies on them. (aww)
They were pitch black and maaaan do they smell!

My aunt managed to burn hard boiled eggs....or rather she exploded them.

She put them on the burner and forgot about them. About an hour later all the water had evaporated and the eggs started to explode from the heat. I don't remember her saying that it smelled bad, but I do know that she had to throw away the pot xp

Well I wont criticate my mum or anybody else cause.... It happened to me soooo many times!
When I started living with my boyfriend (now housband) I didn't know literary how to fry an stupid egg! mrgreen
While I was trying to learn how to cook almost every meal burnt at least once mrgreen


But now I'm married for 2 years and from that begginer time passed almost 5 years and today I can produly say I AM A GOOD COOK (though those burn accidents sometimes still happen mrgreen )

Hah well I managed to burn toast, set it on fire actually. ^^;
The spring in the toaster had broken so you had to pull it up yourself but I'd completely forgotten about it and sat watching a film for around a half an hour before i smelled something.. weird.
I went to the kitchen and opening the door found flames shooting out of the toaster and smoke everywhere. X3
Had to air the place out and pick the burnt toast out with a pair of tongs cause of the heat, it was literaly like coal.
Nice to know we've got a new toaster though. ^^

Burnt breadsticks a few weeks ago..
I really shouldn't be allowed in the kitchen unless it's to make cupcakes.

i bake, i dont cook very ofter, so i really only burn myself. but my mom and aunt were once trying to make these elephant ears at home, and long story short, the oil went on to my grandparents ceiling!

is definitely s**t on a stick burnt instant ramen noodles
when you put them in the microwave too long Dx

@Intibulous: yeah that pretty bad. i have to agree with that.

i haven't burnt anything recently that smelt bad, i don't think...?
i do love the smell of burnt french fries though. mmm!
