In this game you use the item that the person who posted before you dropped and do something with it that makes you die.

EX: I pick up a toothpick. I swallow it and choke to death. I drop a piece of string.
Next Person: I pick up a piece of string. I love string so I go crazy with and have a seizure. I drop a fridge.
And it continues....

I find a quarter on the ground.
"Oh, shiny!" I proclaim.
