 Ahoy mateys! Pirato, the Pirate King of the Maestros del Mar has done it again! And by It we mean he's gotten another lioness pregnant, so now he's got five more cubs than he had before. Three of these cubs will be contested off here. Starts: Monday August 29, 2011 at 5.00 Eastern Ends: Monday September 19, 2011 at 5.00 Eastern

The Family
The Father - Buffy_the_Bloody
Pirato is an irresponsible lion who lives for his own pleasures, and had he not inherited the leadership of the Maestros it is doubtful anyone would actually follow him. However, he is a genial, generally likable lion who exhibits a very laid-back attitude toward the world.
The Mother - Princess_Feylin
Gintare is an incurable wanderer and not the maternal type at all, even though this is her second litter. In fact, once the cubs were born and she was able to tell whose cubs they were, she immediately set off for the pirates, intent on dumping the kids on their father. These cubs will probably have no memory of her.
The Sister - ReeshieHack
Minuit is... for all intents and purposes a little creepy. She's a happy little lioness who loves her papa and siblings (Not so much her half-siblings, she considers them to be less great than her own) who likes nothing more than bothering Pirato. But when she can't do that, she's often hanging around the pride fortune teller, Océane. She's slowly developing a fascination with bones and fortunes and reptiles.
The Sister - Buffy_the_Bloody
Bonni'Saavi is her name.
The Half-Siblings
These cubs have several half-siblings from each parent. From their mother they have five adult half-siblings: Riddiq, Vaako, Svanhild, Kofie, and Jakyra. These have scattered and made lives for themselves in various places. From their father they have four half-siblings: Teech, Joya Oceánica, Itsatso, Imenand, and Hoyoku. Hoyoku and Imenand live with their mother in the Matembezi'wasakaji while Teech, Joya, and Itsatso returned to the Maestros with their father.

Personality:
Quirky I Greedy I Untrustworthy I Charming I Adventurous.
Tangaroa is quirky, he has a strange way of looking at things, often looking at things in a different light which allows him to see other things most others generally miss. He mutters to himself as if he's having a personal conversation and once over he's usually made his mind up over the matter he was at first discussing with himself. He can be seen to be dithering at first, in a drunken manner, however it's just his mannerisms he is actually a quick thinker and a smart one at that. He is generally a lads lad, he was born into the life of a pirate and though others don't take to it well Tangaroa's personality is suited to it perfectly. He is greedy and loves to collect trinkets and items of value however he is not overly protective of the items but generally it is the adventure that involves the gaining off, he seeks more so. Tangaroa loves the freedom and wildness of adventure, he also loves the challenges presented to him throughout life and tackles them head on. He is charming, suave and almost gentlemanly about females and like any pirate of Maetros Del Mar, enjoys their company. As a cub he aspires to be the best captain in the Pride and unlike his father whom is generally more laid back Tangaroa lives life quickly and at full force.

Personality: With a father like Pirato, who is also his prides leader, the commodore of all the crewmen is it any wonder Rio thinks he can achieve success through doing very little. Rio is as laid back as his father and whilst Pirato was lucky enough gaining the trust of his crewmen at the beginning before they knew of his laid back manner, Rio honestly believes if his father can take that approach to life and success then so can he. Rio has little interest in working his way up through the ranks to earn respect he'd rather, like a lot of pirates take the easy way in life and lie and cheat and steal to get to what he wants but with as little effort as possible. Like father, like son Rio also has a weakness for pretty lioness' and even as a cub he beings to work his charms with his nannies to get him what he desires. Rio is suave, charming and gentlemanly, he is rarely riled and has an easy nature.

Personality: Delícia is a quiet cub, fascinated more by the sound of the sea and the feel of the waves washing over her paws than anything else. She's a fairly well-behaved little girl, especially considering the pride she has been born into. Her worst flaw is that she wishes she were a mermaid, not a pirate. Her secret dream is to run away and join the mermaid pride... but deep down she is too loyal to the pirates and her family to ever attempt it. This leaves her feeling torn and upset with herself, but hey, at least she still has her dreams!

Uneven temperament, cruelly driven,a pirate like those that history feared. Hedeon is not a brute. He is a planer, always with one eye on the treasure. So he began hanging out around the 'docks' and bugging the crew as they came in to let him help out here and there. Thus began his education early. Egar to please, and quick to learn, this little devil knew how to be pirate before he hit juv. Username: Lorne_Sion SoA Name: Asherah Personality: Asherah will love being a Corsair. She has a gypsy nature about her. The paw loose and fancy free life style suites her. As well as wearing all the pretty cloths and trinkets her boys bring back for her. Dancing, singing, living by the ocean in a paradise, what more could a girl ask for! The chores are well worth it and rising the cubs is just fine too. Exotic and mysterious she thinks her brothers are adorable and will mother them, but not overly much. A little to much of her mother in her. She may later get a wandering paw, see what's out there, but she'll be back. Captain is a rank that has to be earned. So no matter what the cub would start as crew. Now whether or not he ever gets the Rp/Crew to be captain then it can be arranged, but please keep that in mind when entering<3
