Hair Description-Mid-Length, about to bottom of jaw, and slightly wavy.-

Markings- Hadaka has 5 tattoos, one came with him from his Human Life, and three scars. That on specifically is very sentimental to him, it is his two Daughter's Initials on his left peck(over his heart). His other tattoos are arranged on his body symmetrically, one on each palm of his hands and feet. Those 4 tattoos symbolized to him his chakra channel openings, in his opinion enhancing his abilities with Reishi Manipulation. They look like a five pointed star being swirled into the center with a flaming eye as the center point. The three scars are across his upper back, a little bit of the middle scar is visible halfway up the back of his neck. The scars are all similar because they came from being sliced by a Hollow with three sharp claws on each hand. He did defeat the Hollow.

Description- He is an average height, well built in the upper body and very firm legs as well. He has a light Hispanic Tan to his skin color. He likes to smile a lot because he has a great smile, his teeth are in very good condition. He has light eyebrows, their color matching his hair but with a hint of gray. Hadaka's face is more of a square type face, and his nose is proportionate to it, not huge and not small, it's just right. As mentioned, he is fit and well built, with a muscular upper body, a toned torso, and tight legs. Hadaka like to dress in the traditional Shinigami grab with his family robes over his shoulders, unless his is going to go into battle, then he only wears the traditional Shinigami garb.

Extra- Hadaka carries one sentimental charm on him at all times. It is a supremely crystal clear crystal, about the size of a sharpie, mounted with wrapped leather from the hide of his first hunt in Soul Society. The Leather wrapped crystal is hung from his neck with an enchanted one piece chain.-

Personality

Relationships- As a single, and somewhat of a loner type, Hadaka has no significant other, although he does have someone in this life he has had for a long time now that he dearly and sincerely cares for. His sibling and parents had passed long ago.

Description- Hadaka has two sides to his personality, his serious side and his fun side. Hadaka seems to others to be very anit-social, but if you get to know him, he can be one of your closest friends. This is because he has been alone, in regards to family or relationships, for a long time now, he likes to keep to himself as much as possible, in meditation or training. Hadaka's other side, the fun side, come out solemnly. When he decides to have some fun it might not be a good idea to stop him, he goes all out...This makes him a very fun person to drink Sake with, as he gets drunk easily but can hold his liquor, and he becomes a clown. All his friends have peer pressured him, trying to get him to drink and party, on a regular basis because he becomes such a clown and provides the entire group with endless drunken entertainment. When it come to battle, Hadaka is very focused and refined in his art. He strikes with precision and careful tactical planning, never taking an action that he has not thought through the results of and incorporated possible counters, thoroughly. Hadaka, given the proper circumstances, would die fighting for his pride and the protection of the Seireitei, Soul Society, or innocent human life. Hadaka despises Hollow of any sort, Hollow, Arancar, or Espada. He will destroy, to the best of his ability, any hollow that crosses his path, with ruthless precision. His hatred for Hollow of all sort grew from his worst memory, the passing of his Parents and brother...A very powerful Hollow devoured them, then gave him the scars on his back when he tried to save them...For this reason, Hadaka has chosen to remain in solitude as much as possible, meditating in his inner world to grow stronger for the day he meets that Hollow again.

Likes- Warm plum and pear sake, Meditation in his inner world, Sparring with his Squad members and fellow alike for training, and waking up to the sunrise every morning with a cup of tea, soaking up the fresh sunshine.

Dislikes- Hollow: hollow, arancar, espada, or any of the sort. Drinking too often: this is because Hadaka likes to keep control of himself as much as possible and getting drunk, on the rare occasion he does, makes him loose control of himself, physically, mentally, and energetically. Hadaka also does not like being bugged by anyone while he is in meditation, he will not answer or respond unless his life or other's lives are in immediate danger. Hadaka does not like to "play long" when "big headed", especially lower ranking, shinigami challenge his abilities, standing in position, or degrade his name or his family's name, He will deal with them as he would in battle, although he will not ever take the life of a Soul Reaper or Human.-

Zanpakuto

Spirit's Name- Uchuu Tejina-
Sealed Appearance- The Sheath is pitch black, with two symbols exactly like his tattoos, on either side closer to the hilt. Hadaka wrapped the hilt in the same leather of his first hunt and sealed it together, leaving three two-inch tassels hanging toward the blade. The T'Suba is shaped like the symbol on the sheath and Hadaka's tattoos, a Five-Point Star, swirling into the middle, with a flaming eyes surrounding the blade. The end of the Hilt is a forged solid Copper Sphere. The Blade is normal in shape although the etching pattern on the edge of the blade is different, instead of the normal calm wave, the etching looks like flames.

Spirit's Description- Manifested Animal Form: Uchuu Tejina translates into Star Shine. Uchuu, in simple words is a Phoenix Thunder Bird. Her manifested size is that similar to a parrot, she could perch on my shoulder. She comes out in this manifested form when Hadaka is going through his Bankai transformation and wraps her wings around him to complete the transformation. Her body's main color is a lighter purple, that fades into a light orange, almost yellow, on her wings, tail, and head. Her body is surrounded by Dark Purple-Black electricity (reishi), flowing in a couple constant streams around her body in a fluid motion. Her eyes, when she opens them, shine as bright as the sun. Manifested Human Form: Uchuu Tejina (Star Shine) appears as a young woman, possibly between her teens and late twenties. In this Manifested form (Usually only inner world), she reminds Hadaka of one of his daughters in his human life, one of his only memories from that life... Star Shine is a very beautiful woman, short and slender, with an average build. Her hair......with a light natural curl and a tightly wrapped ponytail with a long flowing tail, to the mid of her back(upper rear of head is where the tail is tied), and her bangs long, falling always over her beautiful face, making it hard to see sometimes...... seems to always slightly flow, as if it were under water, shimmering three different colors as it sways...Orange-Yellow(Golden), Purple (of all shades), and Black. Her usual facial expression is a large smile, as she is very happy being with her master and having that relationship with him. Her eyes in this manifested form, glisten with the sparkle of the purity of light from a star, white 'whites' and mostly the brilliant, multi-rainbow colored, shimmering Retna with a Pure White pupil. In this form she is wearing a very elegant and intricately decorated dress, it seems to be a summer dress of some sort with should straps only, Yellow as can be so at times the dress reflects the sunlight very well. Uchuu wears three pieces of jewelry, or three accessories: A necklace bearing a pendant with the exact same symbol on the sheath and as Hadaka's 4 tattoos, a White silver chain bracelet. and a ring, made of White Silver as well, on her left middle finger, also bearing the same symbol. She wears sparkling heeled shoes, as if they had hundreds of sequins sewn to them, they seem to go between 1-2 inches in height. She is about 5'2"-5'4"(depending on the height of her heels) She is an all around charming and glowing person to be around. She loves to be called Star Shine instead of Uchuu Tejina.

Shikai Release Phrase-"Uchuu, Scold all evil with you brilliance." Normally, Hadaka does not scream or yell this, he speaks it very softly, as if her were weeping. He has been known to Scream out her call in the heat of battle though.

Shikai Description- Very large in size, relative to the size of Ichigo's. The blade itself in this form is very thick, yet light. The Etching on the edge of the blade disappears in this form, leaving only a straight etch down the blade. The Hilt is Doubled in length and the T'Suba and Copper Sphere on the end of the hilt is also doubled in size. In this form, there seems to be a small fire/thunder storm, emmenating from the T'Suba, the flames or clouds are colored very similar to Hadaka's reishi, Purple-Black with electricity (reishi) flowing through the flames/clouds fluidly.

Abilities-

1.) Reishi absorption and assimilation 2x normal (sealed) rate. Uchuu can assimilate and absorb any form of reishi, solid, liquid, gas, raw reishi, and store it with in itself for quick use. These quick uses can be as follows: a. Linked to secondary ability, uses super charged reishi to boost and enhance any type of Kido. b. Can be transferred to master to boost spiritual pressure and the related skills in regards to reishi sensing and control.

2.) Kido Enhancment: No Chant 1.50x normal (sealed) damage and speed. Quick Chant 1.75x normal (sealed) damage and speed. Full Chant 2x normal (sealed) damage and speed. - As from, and mentioned in the first ability, Uchuu Enhances Kido and Spells alike using her absorption and storage ability to Enhance her master's kido spells, whether or not his is firing or using them from her or his own physical body. In this sense, Hadaka and Uchuu are in a very connected channel with one another.

3.) Reishi/Spiritual Pressure Suppression: -1/2Lv to opponents Spiritual Pressure/Reishi level for 2 posts there after. Uchuu allows Hadaka to temporarily, and almost completely, supress the spiritual pressure/reishi of anyone he touches, although he can not assimilate and absorb reishi while he is doing this, he can still use the Kido Enhancment while doing so.

Bankai Release Phase-'Decimate the Darkness with Your Light, Bankai!" This Hadaka seems to call out loudly more often than not, yelling, or screaming it. It is usually only in times of dire need that he will softly speak or whisper this call.

Bankai Description- As mentioned previously in my Character Profile, Uchuu's Shikai (or Animal Form Manifestation) manifests herself, floating head level and very close to Hadaka, before she expands her wing span and enlarges herself, shifting through Hadaka and shifting herself to face the same way instantly, encompassing Hadaka within herself before she wraps her wings around him and hardens into full body armor. Hadaka is able to make the face plate appear and disappear on command.

Abilities- The same as in Shiaki state, with the following increases and adjustments to the power of the individual abilities:

1.) Reishi absorption and assimilation 2.5x normal (sealed) rate.

2.) Kido Enhancment: No Chant 2x normal (sealed) damage and speed. Quick Chant 2.25x normal (sealed) damage and speed. Full Chant 2.50x normal (sealed) damage and speed.

3.) Reishi/Spiritual Pressure Suppression: -3/4Lv to opponents Spiritual Pressure/Reishi level for 3 posts there after.-

Abilities

Hadaka has practically mastered kido, being that the nature of his zanpactau inquires him to do so. He as achieved Kido Spells 1-99 and has secretly dabbled in the Black Arts Kidos, with decent success (he has random Black Arts Kidos he has Created). Hadaka has started to learn Shunko of his own practice, in belief that it may help, improve, or further enhance his Kido and Zanpactau's abilities combined. Although he has received no formal training from a master, he had watched a couple Master-Student training sessions back in the day. Hadaka has Mastered the Flash Step to his satisfaction and has extensively worked on his Shunpo, also believing that the Shunko would get him that final step to master the Shunpo. Hadaka is aslo very skilled in the martial arts and hand to hand combat due to the nature of his Bankai...Full Armor, No Sword...He trains frequently in hand to hand and other martial arts to make sure he is on top of his game, fighting in Bankai against someone who needed Bankai close quarters is very intricate and precise. Hadaka has no room for mistakes in Bankai, so he mainly trains in hand to hand, without his zanpactau and not in Banaki. Hadaka does not neglect the other half, Shiaki, so he frequents kendo sparring matches between Squads and Squad members. )

History

Human World- Hadaka can barely remember much from his Human life but there were a few things...Hadaka was a sailor, unfortunately on a slave ship that did frequent pick ups and drop offs, he was as kind as he could be to the slaves they transported, he truly did feel sorry for them. The kicker is, that job supported his Father, Wife, and 2 Daughters lively hood. His father was terminally ill, bound to die at any given moment. His wife was very understanding and loving, she did a wonderful job of taking care of his father and their children. She raised them for the majority of their infancy while he worked. It was when his Daughters began to miss him more and more and wonder what their father was really like, complaining to him before he left for sea and always complaining to their mother, did he decide to slow down on how many trip a year he took. For a while he made great money, his father passed, and they all lived in a life of luxury. He owned two ships and paid crew to do the work for him. His daughters were late teens by then, and he had been able to get to know them and them to him, spending enormous amounts of time with each other, day and night, learning, having fun, playing... His wife was also at ease, doing as she pleased, as they now had servants of their own to cook and clean....War was brewing in a far country....There was an enormous demand for slaves.....He went decided to go out himself.....That was his mistake, the worst decision he could have ever made in his life... When he returned home from his very first drop off, the town was demolished, thrashed, smoldering and burning to the ground...His house, fortune, wealth, and popularity were all gone...He made haste to find his family only to find most of the citizens of the town impaled and posted up or hung....His Wife and Children very close to the center of the massacre. He lost his mind and wandered for years, traveling to various countries before dying on the side of a road, walking in deserts of the middle east. .

Early Soul Society- Hadaka was not a child for long, showing great potential for the Gotei 13...Although he had a temper issue because he could remember some thing from his human life and he knew that his soul was still unrested. He lashed out in classes, releasing and losing control of his reishi on multiple occasions, and harming some in the process... It wasn't until his brother beat the ever living crud out of him in a kendo match did Hadaka even think about joining the Court Guard Squads... His brother, parents and himself lived toward the outer edge of the Rukongai Districts, close to the forest... One day Hadaka and his brother were sparring each other in a small clearing in the trees, not far out...They were their late teen, learning how to release their spiritual pressure...They did so while sparring this time...that attracted the attention of some very low level hollow... The brothers fought and destroyed the hollow with their wooden bokens...But behind those hollow was another....They ran, ran as fast as they could to get to their house.... Hadaka's brother was hit from behind, flying into the wall of their house, then instantly picked up and devoured by the hollow. Hadaka was inside by then, but the hollow simply tore through the roof and and grabbed both his parents and devoured them in front of his eyes... He lost control and wildly attacked the Hollow before being struck in his back by it...laying there looking up, thinking he was going to die....A member of the Shinigami 13 Court Guard Squads had cam to his rescue...inviting him to the academy afterward...-
In the 13 Court Guard Squads... Hadaka excelled in his Kido classes and his hand to hand combat classes naturally, before he even achieved his full Shikai form. Once he had achieved his Shikai, his Kido was amongst the top in the Seireitei, being praised often for that achievement. Hadaka had been singled out as a freak amongst his peers, he was quiet and powerful, and they did not like that...They all crowned him as freakish accident....Until Hadaka was accepted as Squad 5 Captain...

So has my character profile been accepted or do I need to change it some?

Yeah I think we already kind of said no to someone that was suggesting a 100% (after several moments) speed/str increase from shikai and here you have up to 400% (not to mention a plethora of other abilities) increase. Let's just look at the canon for a moment. Ichigo's shikai allows a powerful large single blast, another simply increases the weight of an opponents weapon slightly when it strikes it (given a cumulative effect it still starts low and builds rather than jumping 100%), another seeks out small blades that, while fast, don't increase the speed or strength of their wielder (and this is captain territory I speak of now).

So that said compare how strong your shikai is to the multiple examples (I could give more but this should be sufficient) and you can see how it scales quite a bit higher to the point that it's beyond even bankai level power merely in it's shikai form so you might want to consider revising that.
Also as stated by twighlight, go ahead and bold your topics so the text doesn't all blend in together. It does make it slightly more difficult to tell things apart without it (not impossible I read over it fine but I can see the issue)

I think you may have your Bleach Character's Abilities Mixed up...Ichigo's Zangetsu never made anything heavier, Lt. Kira's Wabiske did that. Please do not be afraid that I have built an actual character profile in detail.

Your second ability is broken down into 3 increasingly powerful variations.
On top of this, you can justify it all you want, but something that now travels 6x as fast is incredibly overpowered. So what if it looses speed over a distance, how does this make it any less powerful when no one ever argued that it didn't? It's still doing literally 6x the damage and speed and unless you're having to fire it over a vast distance every time your justification doesn't really hold up lest normal kido would be useless with such justification.
The fact is your Shikai does far more than most players in terms of simple scale. It may have fewer abilities but each ability it does have are nigh the equivalent (if not stronger) than a bankai.

Now it's not a bad idea to head for a shikai but I'm just expressing that it's a bit "too much" of a buff and similar speed increases (albiet for physical movement instead of kido) that where less than this have been denied already.
I would suggest perhaps a 2x on your shikai as that alone is extremely powerful. While it is only one effect it is, none the less, allowing you a wide range of various attacks because it's a buff to a virtual massive library of varying effects (holds, stuns, damage, etc). On top of perhaps the ability to absorb the reshi as this also is strong since it acts as a back up battery where you're not running on a far more limited reserve than most shinigami would.
