Varali had managed to convince her mother that a young cub such as herself needed the chance to explore her home once in a while alone, so that she may form a bond with it and it's members. This of course had been a total lie but it had been effective nonetheless. As she made her way from the hammock she shared with not only her parents but her six other siblings she sighed and stretched. So it wasn't the ideal place to live with the shear size of her family but it was good enough. Though she shuddered at the thought of what it would be like when they were bigger but still not quite old enough to make their own hammock.
When she reached the end of the hammocks she strode lightly into the more central area of the pride. Her blue eyes became large as she took in the beauty and wonder that filled them. She had only been out once before when she was born and that had been with her parents and other siblings. This new experience however was being done alone. A large smile came over her tiny maw as she skipped-hopped into the air, staying in the same place. Achievement unlocked.
