Kerusey's plan was coming together beautifully. He'd already lured one rogue to his side, a rogue that would never be suspected as one of his 'allies.' Now he prowled the borders, his dark form slipping silently through the nighttime jungle. Sooner or later a rogue was bound to crash clumsily through, making all the noise in the world, and then he'd see if he'd found a proper tool...or a useless fool to frighten away. The former was a better option, of course. While his foolish brother had allowed himself to grow weak, thinking of himself as old (a thought that earned a mental snort from Kerusey), rogues were simply not as capable as Na'vi, and he would likely require a few to properly implement his plan.

His ears swiveled this way and that, listening for that which had no place here.
