Let's be realistic, how is it possible na matutulungan ng gobyerno lahat ng mahihirap? Pagpaplano pa lang mahirap na, paano pa kaya yung actual work na kailangan gawin to help out.

There's nothing to be wrong about being proud to be Pinoy. Totoo, you have to earn it yourself pero maaari din naman na suportahan lang natin ang iba nating kababayan diba? So to answer your question, yes I'm proud to be Pinoy.

True.
However, let's start with the government.
It IS corrupted. That should be fixed before attempting to help these families.
You're right, there are other countries, but that limits half of the 3rd-world countries. Brazil is a 3rd world country, but they are so much better off compared sa Pinas.

85% of the Philippine population are very poor.
The other third world countries' percentage of very poor people are much lower than ours.
There is obviously something wrong here.
I cannot be proud knowing that my country of origin is at this state.
Before we help others, we must correct the mistakes done to our country first. Since that dream is still not a reality, there is not much to be proud of.

Corrupt, not sure about that. Anything else beyond that, there's a lot of details that needs to be filled in.

That wont stop the population growth ng families in poverty. Education din kasi ang isang factor to control poverty.

Hindi na ako nakatira sa Pinas, pero.. based sa mga sinabi sa family ko at some research....
Education is one of the many factors we have to fix.
I just happen to start with the Government.
Especially since the Government control the funds for public schools, which is in a very bad shape.
And again, obviously there's something wrong there.
Either we have poor taxation (lol hell no), or someone's been leeching off the Educational department's moolah.

The Gov't really plays a huge part in our mess right now.

Either tanggalin lahat ng officials sa government then change all (or most at least) of them or change the form of the government. I believe those are the top two options to get rid of the corrupt officials.

I don't see anything wrong with the vid naman eh.

its either those Filipinos are just TOO LAZY and keep barking at the government dahil sila daw ang may kasalanan...

or

some Filipinos are just TOO GREEDY, SELFISH and has NO SATISFACTION in life...

hahy..in my honest opinion..everyone is to blame..everyone..admit it we have or own flaws no matter how big and small it is...we have our own choice...we all have are chances..it does not count how big or small it is...it is how we play the role...di naman question kasi yan eh..my family's dad grew up on a shack..walang kuryente..minsan lang din kumain sa isang araw..lola nya taga kuha ng taya sa hueteng..di sanay bumasa di sanay magsulat..alam lang numero..kumayod mataguyod lang nanay ng tatay ko..pero dahil panganay nanay ng tatay ko yung bunso ang nakapag-aral...yung kapatid medyo umunlad..pamilya ng tatay ko sa barong barong pa rin nakatira...alang kuryente din.minsan lang kumain..ano ginawa ng lolo ko..he had a choice..nagtrabaho for his family..napag-aral silang 4 na magkakapatid..daddy never knew na may highschool neither college..until makaapak sya dun..nagttrabaho habang nag-aaral..and here we are right now...kami ng kapatid ko...nag-aaral mabuti..para kahit papaano mabawasan yung hirap ng magulang namin sa pagpapaaral sa akin....WE HAD THE CHOICE!

hindi naman question yung term na pagiging PROUD if you only see the NEGATIVE SIDE..i am born as a Filipino..and i have chosen to be someone out of it..its not the name..its how you portray that name...and I myself certainly believe that I have done myself to be a good Filipino..then I myself is proud to be..because i am proud of what I am right now..I am perfectly satisfied of what I am and where I am..regardless of what government it is..it is about yourself and what you did... rolleyes
