(( thinking about her coming back down, and encountering them assigning missions or something, or maybe he is gunna tell her about one or? Forgot to plot with you on this one XD; ))
It was midday, and Rada was up rather early to see all her siblings to their assigned stations. Some entertainers, some merchants and some fighters. They were a huge family, and though she took the route of a fighter. She was wanting to become a merchant. Then, she could travel all she wanted- alas to find her mother. Was she the only one who remembered their dear mother? Being the youngest, she sometimes acted like the oldest. No, not sometimes. All the time, she cared for each one. Even if they started to care less and less about her. Even her twin started to flake out on her, but she wouldn't let him off that easily. With his stupidity, she took to the same rank as he, even if she hated fighting others.
She had too much wit to continue this. She knew this was not her path.. but she drove on anyways. Becoming harder, and less able to distinguish between any of the other hard faces between the pride. She was once happy, once able to lie through her pretty little teeth to steal a meal or two for her siblings. Now, its as if she was forgotten.. and now a 'plague' to them.
But she was different, amongst all the fighters, she would unwillingly go in to sparring practices, and would rather walk away from fights. This landed her the nickname 'peacemaker'. A not so good name between the fighters.. But she was truthfully excellent in her skills of avoiding attacks. She was quick and almost flawless in her movements... Which she got out of a spar today for.. Grazing away, she followed suit to the stop of the pride. Not many went up to the pride's tops except for the pride's Ex Boss lady, hearing that she would bring those who she wanted to kill up there, then push them off. Which were merely rumors.. But since she left, no one came up there.. Until now. The ridge up was scary, any false move and you could fall to your death, either hitting every rock down inside the pride, or falling off on the other side of the crater's walls. That would be a terrible death.. Once almost half way up, she lowered her body to avoid detection, still she found her way completely up.. Looking down, she wondered what it was like on the outside. Her pale coat was easily mistaken for a cloud in the distance..
"I will find you. Someday..."'
Her face was hard, cold, emotional but unemotional all at once..

Not many went so high up.
That was what originally drew Haraka'majani to the high ridges. He'd not gone as high as he possibly could in the past, but he had been up a ways, and it was the quietness he sought, before he had to get back to work. The way down was far, to the point that he avoided peering over the edge in the event that in doing so, he lost his cool. He was a cheetah that liked to keep all four feet on the ground and was that so surprising? The thought of plummeting to his death, like a bird that had lost the ability to fly, set him on edge. A grisly thought came to him, of his darkly furred body leaving nothing more than a stain on the jagged rocks below, and a slight shudder ran through him, though he pressed on out of curiosity and pride.
The midday sun was high and hot and many of the pride's members would be resting at this time of day, waiting for cooler temperatures before doing more strenuous work, such as hunts or missions. He was fine with that. What with practice, earlier, he was tired as it was. He'd worry about work as soon as others would do the same and he could definitely use a brief respite, even if it was just that. Brief. What he hadn't expected was to find another being way out here.
She was young, though not by too terribly much. Her pelt was pale, almost directly contrasting his own. At this altitude, it was almost as though a cloud had become a cheetah or vice versa, save for the swirling patterns across her face and back. He'd seen her before, though he couldn't quite recall her name, only the nickname he had heard floating around, "Peacemaker." He wasn't sure if she had heard him coming, but he had heard what hard words had escaped her lips and, out of fear of startling her, cleared his throat to announce his presence. Just in case.
"And just who is it you seek way out here?"

Thoughs roguelands, it was hard to even grasp that her freedom was taken from her at such a young age. Even then, she seemed so.. blank with emotions but her thoughts swirled with the thoughts of the outside. Even the hardships felt better than here, no matter how painted goal it seemed.. Once she heard the gargalling throat, she lifted her head to the side of which the sound came from.
"And who's business do you think that is."
A statement and in so, not a question for those who didn't know already... A true answer from a fighter of her caliber. "You didn't see me.." She turned quickly, agile from her training up in these parts.. She wanted to escape these feelings as much as she could. As far as she knew- she had so much more to go before ever making it out there. It felt like a lost cause.. and when her feet could feel more ground, a thickened part for two cheetahs to stand, she slowed and turned slightly to look behind her.. and was about to dip away in to darkness alas for just one second of question, and hesitation..
'Who was he-'
The beauty she had that was so natural, her slim stature, everything about her would have made her big as an entertain. Maybe even geisha for how graceful she was now, it had been all the dodging hits she had to go through. How would she ever rise with a name like peacekeeper.. and who was he to question her.. why was he up there..

"Just curious, is certainly no business of mine... Unless we aren't allowed to wander this high, then it'd be both our businesses, I'd suppose." He wasn't too concerned and simply rolled his slim shoulders in a slight shrug. She was a pretty young thing, not one he'd recognize as a fighter if he hadn't seen her training in the past. Maybe he ought to take the time to make himself more acquainted with other member sof the coalition? It was a sensible notion, though he hadn't quite followed it as of late and tended to associate with those he needed to know, rather than those he didn't.
"I've seen you, plain as the day is bright." He stretched his limbs, still a bit sore from the climb and his recent training, leisurely. Though his appearance, dark and somewhat domineering, was threatening, his mannerisms and tone were not and, instead, he sounded more like a cheetah simply looking for a chat. Of course, his whole reason for the ascent in the first place was for some privacy, so this entire meeting threw a wrench in his plans.
"Hark, that's what you can call me. Haraka'majani. Greatest lower grunt you've ever seen." His voice dripped with playful sarcasm as he introduced himself.
"If you're using this spot, don't let me chase you from it."

Chi Sohma She was about to leave, and had made the circled turn to do so and leap down before he said 'chasing away'.. Then, would have made her upset as she slowly went back to her place. Straightening her neck and held her chest up as she closed in on the space between Hark and herself.
"I meant you DIDN"T see me here. Since your too dense for that.. I guess chasing me away isn't an option." In which she looked up at him.. She COULD be a geisha- the way she acted, but she was too unrefined on the edges to claim such a rank. She didn't just use seduction.. she used EVERYTHING in her power. Their weaknesses were her strengths and yet he painfully used the name Peacemaker. Someone in such a rank as a fighter could only shame over it. A hiss left her.. She wasn't too happy for him coming in on her alone time what so ever. But after a "Hmph." She let him stay. "RADA. Not peacemaker." The cheetah had been tired of such a disgraceful name being used now so commonly against her.
"Greatest Grunt? Please- if you can't even make a fighter- there is nothing to be boasting about. Just someone's pawn." Yep, the filter she had was nonexistent. Especially after he called her a peacemaker after all. It was only fair. If he gets violent, oh would he taste the bottom of the crater..
She stopped abruptly when almost nose to nose close to him. Ears panned back, she was showing her dominance.. and the spirit of her fighter. She was NOT a pretty face.

"I was being sarcastic." The male rolled his eyes as she approached. Maybe he should have been worried for his life. He did call her names, after all, though he meant no ill will towards her. He didn't quite care to spend his break bickering, but he'd defend himself if need be. Instead, he sat stone still, tail neatly folded about his haunches as he sought what he would do and say next. He did not challenge her, but he did not back down, either. He obviously did not want to tumble backwards, into the chasm, though. He did have some sense towards self preservation, after all... But seeing how such a simple name could provoke her so furiously made him want to press her further. He had to force his maw shut to keep from saying something that might cause him to meet his end prematurely.
"I have no pride in my rank... But I will work my way up. I am no run of the mill cheetah, my dear, even if it is not commonly known around these parts." He flicked an ear, showing his mild annoyance, yet his facial expressions seemed not to betray this. A bit of an ego? Perhaps. He was still not quite used to working paw in paw with a coalition.
"And I apologize, I did not know the name was such a bane to you. It is nice to know your true name, Rada."

She was like venom, and with a hiss she let that set in with him as a warning. Sighing, he at least knew his place, she didn't know hers just yet and he strives for something. Well, that could be admirable, as she leaned her head to one side to listen to him and look at him with less than any two cares given at that moment as her rage subsided.
"The name was founded by idiots." Giving him a smug look and straightened her body out with a gentle rest of her limbs in her sitting position. "It was, a skill to know when to use bronze and when to use wits. Creating that name, showed them who they really are.. and anyone who uses it. But I am sure you probably did not know me of any other name. Did you." Rada, she wore her name proudly still because her mother. Her world revolved around mother STILL.
But the image of her in her mind was fading.. maybe thats what happened to her siblings. Why they chose to ignore the fact they had a mother anymore.
"Since you look like, you could do so much more with your life... Let me give you some words of advice~ Connecting with the higher ups. Associating is important in this pride, way more than skills. Combining Skill and Associating will secure you a better seat in ranks. Normally.. I wouldn't go off telling just anyone these things." Everything- was for HER and her FAMILY only.. so she closed in even more til they were breaths away.. Where any of them with a push could fall to their doom.
"With my information....I expect payment. Its how things work in this pride. But I'm sure you know that."

His ears flattened, but he did not back away or stand down. He only relaxed when she seemed to calm down a bit and he listened attentively. She was a fierce thing and why anyone would give her such a disarming nickname was beyond him. It was this, the conflict between her name and her behavior, that had him wanting to know more about her. Call him curious. He was well aware of the old "curiosity kills the cat" adage, but that didn't change a thing.
"I did not, to tell you the truth. I've heard others use it in the ring, but the more I speak with you, the more it does not seem to fit you at all. May I inquire why someone would call you that? To mock you? You seem like a fighter in spirit."
And then she was offering him advice... He'd not been in the coalition long, but what she said made sense and he had noticed it to some degree. It was who you know, not what you did, and his earlier thought on socializing was an accurate one.
His eyes, the colours of flame, looked towards her curiously as he mimicked her movements and leaned his head in closer to her. "I do know that, Rada... What sort of payment do you expect?"

"Yes, they do it to mock me." A grumble errupted from her. "It has stained my family's name too. But I will rise above and reclaim a rank that will make them shine." That twinkle and heart in her look and how she spoke of family but little by little, they were all drifting apart. It was something she wouldn't dare admit to, neither believe in. A want to keep believing that her family would always be tight, but reality showed otherwise. After a while of her inner thoughts she looked to him again. A fighting spirit, was because of survival.
"At the moment, no payment is required, but I will come back to collect your debt soon enough. Soon, enough. " Slowly she closed the gap between them and sat very carefully on the ridge, looking out to the other side. "You were dragged here right... < pauses a moment> How loyal are you to the pride.... Even with the oath, do you wish for freedom... Or do you choose to find a home here. Tell me, where your loyalties ly. I, am the very few that do not backstab, and avoid problems, but its ok if you dont want to say.. Likewise, many are too afraid of themselves and their thoughts to want to say anything. Do you know how many have plagued of suicide because they couldn't take it. See, these thoughts are too complex for a mere fighter or grunt. These are insightful thoughts of someone who is unafraid of chaos but is peaceful yet strong. A balance that not many pocess.. So I ask you, is this your home, or is out there somewhere-is your home...Only then can you overcome all in your path, even me. And I am fierce..."

"A shame," an ear flicked as she spoke of the mocking that trailed her, "but you certainly have the willpower to do such a thing, that is obvious." She was strong and fierce, just as she said. He had no doubts that she would take the rank she sought. She had the drive, the need to do so, whereas he was merely drifting, finding his footing in a world that was vastly different than his life in solitude. It was different, but not completely terrible. It merely took adjusting to.
"I will keep that in mind and pay accordingly." But what would she want of him? The unknowing bothered him to some degree, yet he would not dwell too hard on it. He lived day by day, as though it would be his last, as it very well might. In his line of work, coming out unscathed in the end was never a guarantee.
"Yes, I was dragged here." He was silent a moment, the cockiness of his attitude had faded earlier and his lips were pursed as he soaked in her words, her question. "I am as loyal to this pride as I can be. I have no life to return to on the outside. I was a drifter, a rogue assassin for hire to whoever would pay the most. Life here is not so different, save I have higher ups to answer to and comrades to work with. It is different, I will admit... But I know I can thrive here, when I grow accustom to living amongst others. There may be things that I do not agree with, here, but I have always adapted to my surroundings and always will."

"It's because I don't fight like an idiot." Sighing as she slowly started walking down the path, her 'date' with an entertainer was just that. An eye rolled, she was too stressed out, and the fact that her missions were now going beyond that of just protection for ONE entertainer. She turned around and eyed the male.. Ears pinned back as she soaked in his image for a moment.
"I have somewhere to be- kid." Saying so- although she was the kid here... "So you are apart of the pride. That's good to know... because you will one day have to stand before death for it." Shaking her head as she rose it, heading down words. Her steps were sure steps, and it looked strong but graceful all at once. One couldn't imagen that she would be shamed with the name...
"I have a mission to attend to..But I will be back. Remember that." Then slowly she went down the path..
"Try not to get in to tooo much trouble."
Then by and by, as her image got smaller the further she went down the rocky walled path.. and in to a hole in the wall.. disappearing like a flash of light... against the darkness.
