Rules & Information
1. All lions are colored by Kaelyndra.
2. The daughter and the son are seers, since they are godborn. You will need to post to put them on the seer list.
3. Keep drama out. Do not tease or otherwise discourage other individuals from applying. Obviously, keep your rudeness to yourself, and don't answer any questions someone asks unless you know the answer without fail. If you are consistently dramatic, whine, or discourage other entries, I will simply not read your entry.
4. You may edit your posts up until the end of the contest. However, I will be reading these as they are posted, so if you do edit, state so in the thread or I may not see!
5. Spell and grammar check your posts, please!

Background InformationFamily History
A convert to the Nergui pride, a young father found himself amiss when his offspring failed to make something of themselves. As matter of pride, and his own lack of finding status in the Nergui, the father sought desperate means – and therein gained the guarantee of a powerful child.
Uuni (played by Kaelyndra), goddess of blood-magic, granted him his mortal wish, though he did not know it. Disguised as a mortal and pretending to be a seer, she offered him the chance at children which were guaranteed to be powerful. But he would only be allowed one. He accepted. Once they reached juvenille age, two of the cubs were taken from him. He was left with a daughter (Kaelyndra) and a weak promise that she may grow to something more. [Note: Females are not viewed as highly in Nergui culture. Males take dominant roles in high ranks. While females can rise in ranks, it is rare, and frowned upon.]
Childhood
The remaining two cubs were raised by Uuni until adolescence, at which point they were expected to leave. They know that they have a sister and a father in the Nergui, but have not seen them since early juvenille age. Unlike both their sister and their father, the two “free” siblings are well aware that their mother is a goddess. They were raised outside of pridal boundaries in various locations of the rogue lands and so can reflect a wide range of personalities and likes.
Their mother's personality can be summarized as chaotic neutral. She feels doing things for the sake of being evil is a boring waste of time, but is drawn towards strong emotional connections. Her children were probably very used to her interacting with many mortals, especially when they were older, and they may have met a few gods. She was probably interactive with them during their young lives, and her children were pushed to do most things for themselves. However, as they got older, she would have stopped paying attention to them, and may have grown to resent their presence. They were expected to be on their own by early adolesence, when Uuni simply stopped coming back to coddle them. [Note: This makes them rogues, and as such, you can send them wherever you want if you win them]

The Second Daughter She has 1/3 of a chance of passing on edits to offspring.
Anyone may enter for her. To enter, answer any of the following prompts ICly. This can be as short or long as you'd like, and you may use whatever characters you would like. Just make sure to focus on her!Prompt 1 She finds a young juvenille, half-alive. It was left in the path of the Nergui, who are not known for leaving survivors and likely did not know they left this one. Does she try to save the cub and take it with her, or leave it to rest? How does she feel about knowing her sister may have helped take part in the slaughter? Prompt 2 She was taken away from the Nergui early in her juvenille years. Perhaps not old enough to understand the reasoning, she would have known that she was being taken from her father and other sister. What was that day like for her? Does she hold resentment for it? Was she scared, excited, angry? Prompt 3 Has she ever fallen in love? If so, with whom? If not, why not? Was it her age, or does she simply not believe in love? The Desperate Father This is a personality/design contest!
Using the appearance of the siblings and the mother, design the father for the three lions. Feel free to add in “randoms”, so to speak. The winner will be picked from the best personality/design combination.
Note: He will NOT be edited, nor can you request edits. You may, however, include the template you would like him on: [Old Rogue, Old Rogue Retemplated, New Rogue (Han-lines), Regal Rogue (Kael-lines)]
Restrictions: He is a member of the Nergui, a warring, nomadic pride from the North which has an obsession with killing gods. You may pick from the ranks Enforcer (backup warrior; watches slaves), Blood Guard (killers & warriors, the muscle of the Nergui), or Shadow Guard (spies and scouts, these are the brains of the Nergui). You do not have to pick now, but ponder over it! More in-depth information on ranks and Nergui will be PMed to you if you are selected. Please be aware the pride is not official yet and has no subforum.

If we enter for more than one lion, may we include a preference list?
As this will biased me against those entries that you listed second or third in preference, I would not recommend doing this. In the rare event that two or more of your entries fall in the top during judging, I will notify you and you will be able to take the lion of your preference at that time.

It was weak, injured. The Nergui had come past here and taken all the cub knew-- well, juvenile, upon closer look, and left the cub to die. Hel closed her eyes as she envisioned the battle, screaming, sobbing, paws reaching-- before they snapped open, looking to the half-dead juvenile. Her sister could've even done this. The thought was terrifying. Still, she had to decide. She looked at the juvenile, trying to push her sister's potential participation out of her mind, and leaned, nosing. There... Could be hope, perhaps, yes. She sighed, snout wiggling the juvenile before she lifted him by the ruff, beginning to move on. She would keep the juvenile as her own. Her reminder that their sister-- and in fact a pride-- were death.

Personality: Gruff and abrasive, Fenrisulf, or Fenris, rarely seems approachable or friendly. It could be his Nergui blood, it could be his seer powers that haunt him... but the male for all intents, appears terrifying. Deep down, to those whom know him, he is actually rather calm and gentle, and willing to help those whom he cares for. He isn't... The sort to stay in one place, but mostly wander. If he even had a female, it would be an accident.
Plot Plans:
I'd like to see where RP takes him in his wandering, though having a female take a shine to him and start tagging along with him would be adorable. :3

Personality: A sly lion, Mamba enjoys making trouble for others... Just as long as he's not caught. He also enjoys lying and making others squirm, though he'd never actually physically attack. Why use the claws when you can shatter the mind? He'd likely fall under Neutral Evil
Plot Plans: First he'd go looking for his sister in the Nergui and, once he found her and them, he'd work on a position of power. And then he'd slip into the Firekin as a joining rogue to try and work things from the inside in favor of the Nergui winning. At first he'd play the humble yet fierce new face, but he'd begin to spread rumors, little lies... Try to topple things, as it were. Should he be found out as a Nergui spy, he'd likely resort to "What's a piano doing there on that dune over there?!" to try and get away with his tail in tact and make it back to the Nergui.

1-The Young One
She was walking with a bad mood. Her brother, for all his known tricks, poured water all over her as she was happy today near the waters and just wished she could control water and get her revenge. She knew it wouldn't happen and just growled in frustration until she spotted something.
Slowly walking towards the thing, she noticed it was a badly injured and her rage from her brother was long gone for she became nurturing. She saw it was breathing but slightly and carried it to a nearby rock and cuddled it, cleaning the blood off and keeping it warm, she didn't want to let the poor thing to die. As she slept with the little one, she started to become cold and her body felt wet to her mind which means she was having a vision. She saw several adolescents hurting the cub but with and adult figure standing behind them but all she could see from it was that its shape meant it was a female but with her sister's same eyes. Waking up shivering, she saw the juvenile looking at her. Its mother found them and thanked her but as they left, she was nervous from that vision. After that day, she just wasn't herself for she thought that a future vision might pop up from nowhere.
