Varali had awoken earlier than usually today in order to go and watch the Artisans get ready for their day. Something about them seemed to draw this small cub to spend most of her time watching them. Well, as much time as she could spare. She of course had several siblings who wanted her attention all the time, not that she particularly minded. Varali loved her large family. The small cub grinned as she watched the Crafters gather their items and begin their ornate designs. She wondered if she could ever be one like them, able to create something so beautiful. Then her blue eyes turned to the Dancers of the pride and her heart jumped a thousand miles a minute in her chest. In truth she wanted to be a dancer more then anything. However, the problem was she was still figuring out how to work her tail and get used to being out in the world.

With a loud intake of breath the cub turned from the Artisans and scampered off back towards the center of the pride. If she stayed around them all day again today then eventually they would get tired of her and bar her from coming to watch them, even though she never caused trouble or got in their way. Varali smiled and rolled over onto her back, once more she would battle it out with her tail. It seemed like a good alternative to going back home and letting her sibling bite on her or get scolded by her mother for being clumsy--even though she wasn't sure what the exact reason was-- and almost falling out of the tree tops. As she batted at her tail she wondered briefly if she could find someone to tag along with so that she could be distracted, if only for a little while.
