My mom made sopapillas. O.O I never had hers before ever when she always claims she has made them sometimes but I think I have never had them before. I've only ever eat sopapillas at Mexican restaurants, most notably Si Senor and never at home.
They were really good. We stuffed them with like beans and rice. biggrin So good. Reminded me of Si Senor. biggrin She should make them more often.
