It's called an EBT card. It's like a debit card.

Oh yeah and the ******** DMV in cruces won't ******** give me an ID card. crying Because they wouldn't accept the lease since it was outdated, and the only other proof of residency with my name is my bank statement. I have nothing else since my brothers pay the bills and we can't put them under my name and change it unless I have a valid ID which I no longer have. It was horrible, they treated me like I could not even get a State ID at all. My mom even got a supervisor and he said the same thing, the state requires this, the state requires that....etc. Stupid. And they even said that hospital bills or anything from hospitals or doctors that are recent and sent to my address will not work. My expired military ID made no difference. ******** STUPID!!!

I hope the one in Alamo is nicer. We are going to try there next. My mom said it should be better. I feel like I never wanna go to the DMV in Cruces ever again. stare The last resort is that we have to renew the lease but we are scared that we will have to pay higher rent since it may have raised. Not sure.

Oh ******** that sucks, but thats how the DMV is. You can't get an Id with your Social Security?

Thats unheard of. Over here you just need a birth certificate.......

The ID number proof is the social security card, the proof of Identity is where your birth certificate will work, and the last one is the one I don't have. I only have 1 which is a bank statement.
