Chat meetup?

So Im always going into the guild chat thing, but no one is ever there... We should like, pull together some sort of meetup there. Cuz sometimes I think, there are people who live in places where there arnt like, real life meetups for this kind of stuff, so we should like, idk have a meetup in the chat here sometime. Maybe people could pull off some gaia cosplay nd s**t, ya'know?

A lot of people are in different time zones, people don't tend to use guild chats much at all since there's already a forum where we can communicate and don't have to be around at the same time.

I would love to hang in the guild chats and to have meet up times to chat and RP with others but whenever I enter them there's usually no one there.

I think there should be multiple meet-up times on certain days due to different timezones so that everyone has opportunities to openly hang out and chat in the guild chat room.

So like for example:

Meet Ups:

~Fridays~

Meet-up 1:
2pm central time/ noon pacific time/ 1pm eastern time

Meet-up 2:
5pm central time/ 3pm pacific time/ 4pm eastern time

~Saturdays~

Meet-up 1:
noon central time/ 10am pacific time/ 11 am eastern time

Meet-up 2:
2pm central time/ noon pacific time/ 1pm eastern time

Meet-up 3:
5pm central time/ 3pm pacific time/ 4 pm eastern time

Meet up 4:
9pm central time/ 7 pm pacific time/ 8pm eastern time

the thing is, with forums you have to wait for replies and sometimes it takes a REAALYY long time, where as with the chat room, its instant messaging, and if we rp, we can run around and do watever kind of s**t we want.

Like how would we get people to see this. maybe through guild announcement if we ask for permission? Im in awe with the time planning you put up, because i just had the idea, and im really not smart enough to even do any of that, also because i suck with time zone stuff, so this is great. Do you think these times would work? And like, if theres a way we can get it to be a guild announcement?

Hello everyone!

I've been missing for a while and I apologize -- I've been pretty busy with school and stuff!

I think setting up meetup times would be really lovely, and the ones that are up there I agree wholeheartedly with! I'll be glad to add them to a post under the guild chat thread and make an official announcement!

So, everyone involved with this planning agrees? If so, I'll get things going!
