I've been here for only few minutes and I already like this side of society.
People think I'm weird because I have a Luxray Gijinka as my PsVita background and two Mithra from FF as my laptop background so I started thinking, maybe I am a furry? I mean, I like being a beast-type of character if the option is available in games, I only draw anthromorphic beings and I love catgirls. <3
But I'm not exactly sure what's it all about, I joined in hopes of learning more about it all, look forward to meeting the active people here.

Furrydom is both a fandom and a subculture, with its own internal subcultures. Broadly speaking, any fan of anthropomorphic animals might be considered a furry...anyone who creates a fursona most definitely is, IMO.

A new twist... perhaps something new altogether?
I do like to switch things up, if something stays the same for too long it begins to lack the luster it had. It's never a bad thing to improve or modify as long as you're happy with the end results.

I've been saying that for years so I most definitely agree.
However, advancement can never be reached if you never attempt change.
The simple idea of something reaching it's 'perfected' point where it no longer needs to be fixed was possible because someone disagreed with it, attempting to improve and further it.
It's a risky situation that either bears fruit of hard work or leaves you at a stand-still.
I guess in the end... it all depends on whether it's worth improving/fixing or not?
