Takashi growing up wasn't exactly all there. He was partially mad he would torture his brother and tell him he needed to grow up. When the war came he was told to protect his brother lee but when his brother lee got killed he went all out pchyco on the other clan killing about74 enimes befor getting shot full of arrows.
