If your soquili has found the great love or loves of their life or you've decided to pair a couple of soquili up,
permanently, it might be wise to lifemate them!
Anybody in soquili, sans uncharmed walkers, have the ability to post in the lifemates thread.
- - - - - this includes the usual hetero pairs we see on the list now
- - - - - same gendered pairs (so m/m & f/f)
- - - - - bonded polygamous groups (so long as all owners agree)
- - - - - different base pairs (i.e. a mini & regular sized, or a regular and aquatic, etc.)
Lifemates...
• Are eligible for entry in any 'lifemates' category of breeding events
• Are considered to always be open permission to be entered by either owner in breeding raffles/bribes/events
• Are considered to have open permission for either owner to seek mockkids in other events, e.g. customs or wishing stars
• May breed outside the lifemating provided all owners agree and fill out the Surrogacy Consent Form. Those who breed outside of the lifemating without express permission from the Consent Form will have the lifemating broken.
• Lifemated soquili CANNOT enter Mixers, even if there is a clause to allow them to breed outside of the lifemating.
• Lifemate agreements require only one party’s agreement to break. We will no longer require consent from both parties to break a lifemating. An active owner no longer needs to prove that the other owner is unresponsive in order to break a lifemating.
• Owners must be informed when a LM is broken. Lifemate breakings will be treated in the same way as co-ownership agreement breaks, that is you must quote the other user to inform them that you are breaking the agreement as a minimum. We expect people to be able to communicate with their breeding partners in a reasonable manner.
• There are no longer any penalties for breaking a lifemating.
A soquili must be on adult lines to breed or make agreements!
If you feel lifemating is right for your soquili, please use the following form. If you have soquili in a poly group, just add the soquili names/certs/owners as appropriate.

Lifemate Surrogacy/Consent Form...
This is a form to be used in the cases of Surrogacy or other OOC or ICly plot purposes and devices. We used to call it the Surrogacy form, but understand not all pairs are breeding as a surrogate.
• By filling out a Consent Form, a soquili will be allowed to breed outside of the Lifemating. Permission must be granted by all lifemated partners and those they wish to breed with!
• The Consent Form is is similar to a Selective Permission Breeding and can be broken without penalty.
• This form must be made with a specific soquili in mind. Someone cannot make it and allow for a lifemated soquili to breed with anyone randomly at any time.
Please be aware that the Consent Form are akin to selective permission breedings. They would not be eligible for a lifemate slot because the surrogate is not the actual lifemate.Consent Form -- Surrogacy & OtherwiseShould a lifemated couple, or group, wish to find surrogates or breed outside of the lifemating, for whatever reason, you will need to fill out a consent form! Think of this as an approved selective permission breeding form. These aren't kept or logged, so it is up to you, the owner, to keep track of these consent forms, and use them during the appropriate breeding raffles.
Please note, for poly groups that are breeding within the group i.e. a male and female couple, they do NOT need to post a surrogacy form, as they're still in the group. It's when one of them mates outside the lifemated group that surrogacy consent is needed.

So, it looks like we're all set and ready to go! Meeki and Miss Cherie already had agreed to let those in the group find flings/surrogates. We will NOT play drama-court if someone who had permission to find a surrogate finds someone that others in group can't stand or causes ICly issues. That's between everyone in the lifemated group to work out, not staff, sorry!
