	He was tired of dealing with all the drama on the island. Ofelia wanted him dead, Sherry was a pain in the a**, really, he just wanted a break from it all. Training could only help him avoid the two for so long, and so, he opted for external missions. Most hunters couldn't really put up with him, so group ones were out of the question, but at least he was allowed to go to the HH by himself. It was almost a blessing in disguise. He'd much rather put up with Halloween students than hormonal female hunters.

	One moment he was walking towards his room. The next? Haunted House. Shun really did not like it when this happened. He just sort of grimaced and looked around with his blades summoned. It never failed him to throw him into the same room as a Hunter at some point whenever he chanced upon this place. It was quite annoying, really. For now, he stayed still, listening carefully for footsteps or anything that indicated that someone else was about.

	He paused, straining to hear if there were any footsteps. A hunter, student, horseman, ANYTHING. He desperately needed a distraction. Getting fed up, he planted his feet, weapons summoned, and shouted. "IF ANYONE'S THERE, COME OUT NOW." Beats having to look for them. Blade Kuroda

	"..." They weren't very subtle at all now, were they? Shun could swear he had heard that voice before, though. That, for him, was all the more reason to be wary. He didn't move from his position, and continued to listen. He was trying to pinpoint where they were. [A.V.]

	At the lack of response, he huffed, kicking at a pebble. What does it LOOK like? ... Fine. If they won't come out, he'd go to them. Blade Kuroda

	Shun heard that pebble kick, and he turned about as a result. They had gone silent, which was a little troublesome, but he decided it was time to seek them out. Not long, he spotted the white coat of the hunter, and he realized just who it was. It was one of the hunters that was around when Xiu had fallen into her coma. His good eye narrowed at the sight of him. All hunters were still as good as dead in his opinion, so he didn't hesitate to hurl a dagger at the guy. HP: 50 Damage: 6 [A.V.]

	Jake had barely seen the dagger in time as it scraped against his FEAR shield, drawing his attention towards the assailant. Eyes narrowed as he recognized the reaper from months ago, that time when Wilson had passed out. What was he doing here? He smirked. This was fine. He was different from before, he would prove that. This time, he would win, without any interference, without any help. 	Catching that smirk, Shun could only assume that the hunter was just as cocky as he was the last time he had seen him. He began to move out of the way, feeling the bladed tonfa graze against his side. The Reaper aimed a kick towards the hunter's leg, then followed up with an upward slice of his own. HP: 47 Damage: 5 [A.V.]

	The kick wasn't incredibly hard, but enough to make him stumble slightly, and he barely pulled out of the way in time as the reaper swung his daggers up at him, grimacing as the strike dug into his shield. 	Shun let out a light hiss as he took another fairly light hit. His good eye narrowed for the moment, trying to track how the Hunter was moving. However, he wasn't quite focused enough. Regardless, he slashed towards his midsection, then pulled back to put a small amount of distance between the two of them. HP: 43 Damage: 5 Using: Beginner's dodge - fail [A.V.]

	Watching the reaper's movements, he tried to think how best to land a good hit, and let out a low growl when blades were swiped at his torso, thankful to have the shield preventing the metal from connecting with skin. The reaper wouldn't be as fortunate though, as the distance created between them only allowed Jake a foothold forward, swinging one of the bladed tonfas at him, the runes emitting a familiar glow at the strike. ------------- HP: 34/50 Action: Attacking Result: 8 dmg Charge: [3/3] Y3 Headlights (0/1) \| [0/3] Y2 Barrier (0/1) Items: Tusk of Ares Blade Kuroda

	Shun let out a grunt as he took the strike, this time more fully than prior to now. He gritted his teeth, he took a quick step back. As always, the hunters were troublesome to deal with. He was going to need to try and step it up a bit. Lightly, he crouched before suddenly shadowstepping. He appeared and vanished multiple times around Jake. With each time he reappeared, he struck out. The Reaper continued to do this numerous times to strike from all angles, before he finally stopped. When he reappeared for the last time, he was crouched down onto the floor a small distance away. HP: 35 Damage: 12 Using: SSy3 [A.V.]

	His eyes narrowed as he watched the reaper, wondering what he was going to do next, but even he had no idea what to expect. When the reaper vanished, his eyes widened, but he didn't move. This was just a trick, he could- He let out a gasp as the reaper let loose a flurry of strikes, never turning in time to catch it, and when the assault ceased, he found himself slightly out of breath as he glared at the reaper a distance away. It might have been terribly powerful, but enough to make a dent in his shield, and if he didn't find some way to turn this around, he was done for. Concentrating, he willed himself to stay calm as he released the charge in his weapon, the area around them growing dim as familiar shadowy tendrils protruded from the ground, threatening to immobilize the reaper. ------------- HP: 22/50 Action: Using charge Result: SUCCESS, attack twice Charge: [3/3] Y3 Headlights (1/1) \| [0/3] Y2 Barrier (0/1) Items: Tusk of Ares

	As the illusion began fading, he lashed out once more, and pulled back, panting.
