Well... yeah, but in the same way, English is a language witches have used before. Gaeilge is just Irish, the native language of Ireland. Every kid is forced to learn it at school. There are parts of Ireland where it's the more common language spoken every day, but they are pretty rare. As shown in the youtube link, there are channels in Gaeilge. There's even have a soap opera in Gaeilge. It's called Ros na Rún.
