As much as i dislike Sai, i dont think he deserves that; even though that's not really him (in my opinion). Ch. 298 was the best one out so far and i really liked it, there was a lot of suspense to me in that one.

...I think it's Yamato's Wood Clone that Orochimaru hung and then transformed into Sai. Or something like that. They wouldn't kill him and also they knew that Yamato's clone was trailing them.

I doubt sai has the guts to seppuku. and I doubt that Orochimaru would kill him without squeezing every last drop of useful info out of him first. Orochimaru is just too practical to let any information source die without tapping it dry.

Created most likely being a play on words. He could have made or killed them. I think it could have been an attempt at cruel humor.
