Mesmers allow two faekats that would not normally breed to be able to breed. Keep in mind that vampires will still never be able to breed with werewolves, demons or zombies (or vice versa) but this can allow enemy vampires to breed with one another as long as they stick to the race.
side note for FS winners, as long as you send payment I dont mind if you take longer to post the certing form, just tell me why in a pm, I can understand if you cant post in guild or some other reasons.
Racial Colorist Rules:
: cat_whee 1 flatsale a month ; 2-5 pets per flatsale ; 20k per flatesale pet
cat_whee 1 custom openings a month ; 4 pets per opening ; 30k per custom pet
: cat_whee Light edits are allowed, but are limited to accessories
cat_whee yum_puddi Two freebies are allowed each month to keep or give away or trade
Mesmer rules
they are only female lines
Mesmer can not mesmerize user owned races without the owner of the race's permission
This is a Ebil alignment race , however, good and neutral alignment is possible it is rare.
The spec should be something relating to controling animals, reading minds or some other mind controlling ability
As of yet it hasnt be decided if it can be other races
Hellhounds can not seek a Mesmer aid so they can breed with any demon nor can any demon race ask a Mesmer's aid to breed with a hellhound.
all aid seeked by a party to have a Mesmer aid with breeding with some racial they don't nomally breed with. all parties will have to rp them will this prevents god-modding.
evil races can not seek a Mesmer's aid when they want to breed with a Ottsels. Nor can a Ottsel seek an Mesmer's aid to breed with evil aligned race.
any racial owners that would like Mesmers to be to mesmize their racials or would not like the Mesmers to mesmize their race please pm me
