When I start gettin' frustrated, I tend to scratch the back of my head a lot.
But when I get really stressed, I tend to just eat a bunch until I feel sick or drink until I am sick. xd

I find that if I meditate when I stress out, I have a way of relaxing and thinking about the issue that is causing me stress. Meditation is really great for just relaxing and not thinking at all, once you clear your mind you can then integrate the information into a thought process that allows you to think on a critical level of why you are stressed and what you can do to cause the stress to go away.
