On the second floor of Snagem HQ you find a door marked 'Super Training Room'. You say to yourself, “What's so super about it?” Your curiosity peaks and you walk in to find a very large composed of nothing but pale blue panels, some sort of technology they appeared to be. Upon entering the door would shut behind you on its own and a voice would speak to you over the intercom.
“Please use your SNAG to activate the Super Training Room.” It was GRAY, or a prerecording of his voice at least. You do as is instructed and take out your SNAG. You notice that only in this room a menu of options appear on the screen. The options are numerous ranging from different environments you can change the room into, enemies you can have appear, targets, and so forth. All of this is made possible by the room's hi-tech hologram technology, it makes everything seem almost real (but it's not).
That said, due to the energy required to operate the Super Training Room (or S.T.R.) members are only allowed to operate it once per day (including if they enter in pairs or more).
----------------------------------------------
The Super Training Room can be used to train one Pokemon once per day. For every post a member posts involving a Pokemon's training that Pokemon receives 1 Evolution Point per post for the first five posts. Every post after the first five gives the Pokemon 0.75 of an Evolution Point. There is also a two hour limit per day (per member) to using the Super Training Room starting from the time of the first post. So while you may be encouraged to post as much as you can we do, however, frown upon small meaningless posts. In fact, members who show to put effort into their posts may be given bonus Evo Points at random.
Another bonus is given to members who train with another member in this thread. Instead of one point given per post for the first five post when you train with another member it instead becomes the first ten posts. Also doubles allotted time to four hours. (Any other limits mentioned above still apply to both members.)
Also, if your Pokemon are shadowfied as a result of the Shadow Virus, they will instead gain Purification Points, but are unable to infect other Pokemon as the room's equipped with an Immunizer. The rates of gain, however, remain the same.
Finally, Pokemon will become a bit happier and be able to train effectively. Doing five posts within the training period will count as a single mission for Happiness evolutions, as well as Move-based evolutions (max limit of one total Happiness/Move Evolution Point a day). Environmental evolutions, including regional variant evolutions (Alolan/Galarian/Hisuian), may be done here as well.
It also helps to put down the amount of Evo/Purification Points your Pokemon has in each post and update your profile at the end of your training session.

Kaya Rayvn entered the Super Training Room, pulled out his SNAG and began setting things up. "I know Sub said the training room was equipped with an Immunizer. I really hope it's functional." He said to himself, holding two Pokeballs in opposing hands.
"Darien, if this doesn't work, I'm sorry." He whispered to the one ball before releasing both the Dunsparce within it and the Sylveon in the other.
"GRAY, activate the Immunizer." He told the base's AI, triggering the remaining settings with his SNAG. The room's environment changed to leave the hybrid and his two Pokemon, which he had released once the illusion was activated, in a forested area with plenty of trees and rocks all around them.
"Serena. I want you and Darien to battle." He told his Pokemon. The Sylveon gave a very dark-looking grin and charged after the winged snake.
"Sparce sparce!" Darience exclaimed, flapping his tiny wings as he tried to use his limited flight to get moving faster. Serena, realizing quickly that she wouldn't catch him at this rate, fired a Swift at the normal-type. The homing beams were much faster than her, after all.

Darien stopped a few feet from Serena and looked at her. "Sparce parce dun sparce?" He asked showing obvious concern.
"Syl. Ve. Veon. Syl syleeeee!" Several stars appeared around the Fairy-type now, but they weren't released yet. Instead they were allowed to disappear and she inhaled deeply, blowing a Fairy Wind at the grounded snake once more. Darien's drill flashed very briefly before he shot a Fairy Wind of his own back at her, Mimicking her attack. His fairy wind twister spun in the opposite direction, however, canceling the two attacks out at their point of contact, neither capable of making headway against the other.
"SYL! VEE!" Serena shouted, charging with her Shadow Break once again.
This time, Darien wasn't able to escape it so easily, thrown farther backward than he had managed to knock her with Drill Run earlier. Laying on the floor, he struggled for a moment to move before righting himself again and giving off a soft white light from his wings as he used Roost and recovered from his wounds. "Sparce sparce."

The young Electrike hybrid found his way into the super training room, looking around in the empty room. He never really came in here at all, at least by himself. With his parental figures busy, and him trying to pull his own weight, he found the time to train. It was probably for the better he came in here by himself, at least he thought. He had an issue that bothered him for nearly a year now. A Blitzle. His Blitzle. For the longest he’s been scared to let the little electric zebra out since it got caught up in the shadow virus frenzy and trying not to let it spread to others that haven’t been affected, limiting the Blitzle’s fighting time to whenever a shadow Pokemon crops up to be taken care of. For that matter, Blitzle actually scared the kid, only managing to work up the nerve to use him in the direst of situations, such as the situation in Mossdeep. As of late, Tristen felt rather hollow though. The one moment where hope seemed to have cropped up in the form of the viral cure, it was found out that it wasn’t so much of a cure as it was a means to an end. He even came to realize it recently when his father figure started questioning him as of late about quiet he’s been, or how really hard he’s been working in going from Shadow Pokemon sighting to Shadow Pokemon sighting with little in between, and most, if not all of the time, those Pokemon sightings are paranoia backed and really nothing to them.
Tristen released his Blitzle into the training room, finding it high-time to stand up to it. From his pocket, he pulled out a Joy Scent, one of the ones that he received from a previous excursion with the team. If anything, he wanted this to go as smoothly as possible, popping open the scent, leaving the irritated Blitzle taking a few whiffs of it, bring it a bit at ease, more than what it has been over the past several months. “There we go, Blitzle. Now…uh, we’re going to train some, okay?” He said. The Blitzle would be silent in answering, looking on at Tristen. Usually, this would elicit a reaction out of the zebra, but this…this was different.
The idea was to try to work the virus out of Blitzle’s system; at least that was what Tristen was told. The best thing he could think of was give the zebra a release towards something. Blitzle was more than happy to go toe to toe with just about anything. Even things that were supposedly out of its league…like the Zapdos hybrid, Kess…’bonus points’ if the attacks were Shadow attacks. It liked using those. Tristen wasn’t sure though if that was a good idea using them here, especially the consequences of constantly using said attacks that he’s heard about. The boy went to a nearby panel on the wall and opened it up, pulling out what appeared to be a punching bag on a stand. Dragonite and Mawile liked using this thing, so why not a pent-up Blitzle? The boy pushed it out to the middle of the room, and left it nearby Blitzle. “Ok Blitzle, let’s try to warm up some. How about use Spark on this?” Tristen spoke up. The Blitzle just stared at the bag, then looked back over towards Tristen. “Come on. Spark? Please?” He then asked. The Blitzle then backed up then rushed forward, smashing into the bag with an electrically charged body.
“Good, Blitzle, just like that. See, no big deal, right?” A snort came from the tiny zebra.
