She had not expected any of this to change her time at Amity, she had not expected to feel so very different. In a way, though she did. She felt cleansed, and light, as if the pain she had been fighting so long ago was stripped away over time.
Still, it had left her with a smile this moment. She traced one familiar face, and wondered where he had gotten to. Busy, she supposed. Everyone was busy. She, herself, had been occupied with the goings-on of everything to the point where she's forgotten largely everything for a while. Just withdrew into herself.
That was nothing new. She straightened a little, looking up at the sky. It was not unusual to find her here, out on the way to the wishing well covered by thorny, carnivorous plants. She had once swam through, lazily, with Llyr. A sweet friend. It would, though, be nice to see Enzo again. She tilted her head, thinking. Would he remember? Would he recognize her?
Most disconcerting, what if he didn't appreciate the way she had changed? She smiled to herself. It would just be nice to find out.
