[ORP] A day in the life of (Ignatius)

10:30 HM: Campus Grounds, near Dorms

Mornings were the worst, but Ignatius knew he couldn't just stay in his dorm room forever once he got up. Frankly, he didn't really want to.

(He hated the feeling of being cooped up, which was probably why his room was actually fairly well-organized. It gave him a lot more space to work with, at least.)

Ignatius decided a great way to start this morning would be a bit of a jog around campus. Well, it wasn't a jog so much as a run, but when one was naturally speedy, something that would feel like a run to a lot of people felt a bit more like a casual pace.

He started out by taking some laps outside the dorms, running near each one.

10:30 Near Dorms

Nerisei was walking away from the dorms, her mind recalling her schedule. She was still adapting to being in classes, and couldn't help but lament that live had gotten so rigid. Back in the Grotto, all she needed to do was take care of the flowers and spend time by the tree. Now, she was stuck wandering the campus and going to classes of all things.

As she moved, she couldn't help but notice the other students, especially those who were so different in race. One that caught her eye was an electric-like man, who was jogging down the path toward her dorm. Keeping her face smooth, she moved to the side to let him pass, not hiding the fact she was eyeing his bright appearance with keen interest.

10:30 HM: Campus Grounds, near Dorms

His running path took him right near another student, but while he was pondering in his mind a particularly fancy spin move to get out of her way, the plant ghoul stepped out of the way for him. Freed from potentially running into her, he continued his route, though not before swirling around backwards, and running backwards for a moment to shout a, "Spooky morning to you!" in greeting.

10:31 Near Dorms

A slow smile spread across her face as she watched him pass, not bothering to wave or do any sort of thing. He was older, it seemed, but interestingly enough a bit cute...for a ghost. In fact, she found herself looking past his strange weirdness and focusing on his feet. How monster like!

When he fully made his way past and spun around, her eyes snapped up to watch him and his greeting, before smiling a bit more.

"You as well..." she said with her low, wispy tones, before turning away and walking on.

10:30 Near Dorms

"And a good detention to you too," grouses a voice just running past Ignatius that may or may not have been the Amityville school secretary, on their way from point A to point B. There's a giant pile of paperwork in his arms taller than he is, and they keep on scattering all over the school grounds. Upon picking one up, it simply reads HOW TO SET UP YOUR iSKELLYPHONE 6S MANUAL.

Ignatius grinned at the plant-like ghoul as she returned his wishes, and swirled around to continue his run, only to be greeted by a grumpy secretary.

Wait... Good detention!? Hey!

He was dropping things. A lot of things. Ignatius bent down to pick one up, shouting a, "Hey, you dropped something!" Was this a manual for the iSkellyphone 6S? That was one of the newest eyephones on the market!

11:02 AM: Campus Grounds, Near Monster Dorms


Vaudrey himself was sitting outside on this lovely day, looking quite pleased at all of the activity that was currently going around. He made sure to wave excitedly at each ghoul or boil or otherwise that wandered in his path, wings fluttering happily as he rocked back and forth.

There was a boil running a short distance away. Vaudrey's dark eyes swept towards him curiously, and he gave a little smile and a wave.

For a moment, Ignatius closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath through his nose as he rounded a corner. This was not only a lovely morning, but it was a fantastic morning for a run, too.

When his eyes opened, he caught a winged boil waving at him. Ignatius, always friendly, broke into a grin in response and held up an arm to wave back.

Vaudrey was delighted that the boil waved back, especially since most of the others had ignored him so far, or not noticed him. Wings lifting, he waved enthusiastically again back and then called out,

"How's your run so far?"

When the winged boil decided to speak up again, Ignatius jogged in place for a moment so he could chat for a bit without losing any of his current momentum.

"It's great, thanks! Nothing like a run to start the day! You enjoying sitting out here?"

11:03 HM: Campus Grounds, Near Monster Dorms

Hayden and Devoss were just walking about when they spotted the two boils talking to each other. They both look awesome! One looked like lightening and the other had a more lightning like appearance. She was sure neither of them were reapers.

She didn't want to interpret them but it sounded like they were really talking about anything important. "Hey! Out for a run? It's a nice day for that." she asked the boil that was jogging in place. Then she looked over at the other boil, "Or a nice day to relax."

Still jogging in place, Ignatius turned his attention to the reaper and her familiar (he assumed, anyway) for a moment, offering a wave to her as well. "Yup! Though I'd probably be running even if it was a bad day." Considering he had been running for a while now, his laugh was rather clear and merry.

He stopped for just a moment to pull his leg behind him and stretch it out, before moving to the other leg and doing the same. He was back to jogging in place afterwards, though.

11:03 HM: Campus Grounds, Near Monster Dorms

Torsten was fresh from the creepteria. Feeling up for a small run the small lighting dragon started to lightly sprint. His tail whipping back and forth to help him keep his balance. It was...sorta cute to watch the snake-like slither of the pastel appendage. It became hilarious after the tail twitched and Torsten took a tumble in the direction it did. Rolling to a stop near the ghost jogging in place and those around him. Torsten let out a soft reptilian groan...

"Well...that could of been more graceful." he grumbled.

Torsten is a short lighting dragon. He's going to start seeking out other Dragons in the school soon...he likes naps...and really starting to like Mellow. Journal.

11:04 HM: Campus Grounds, Near Monster Dorms

All things considered, Ignatius took someone rolling in front of him and coming to a stop very well in stride. He nearly didn't skip a beat in his run in place, only stopping so he could bend down and offer a hand to the dragon on the ground.

"Could have been, but that tumble could be good practice for sledding in the winter!" Always optimistic, of course.

Bright pastel eyes looked up as Torsten smiled sweetly. He liked it when others showed kindness. it was a breath of fresh air every time. Taking the offered hand, the small dragon stood and blinked as he looked up...

"Wow...tall. Uh Hi!" he shook the hand he was holding. "Torsten Riajinn, lighting dragon. Year One...you are?" he tiled his head to follow up his question.
