From hell to.... This.

This is a role play between myself and CastielDemetori, if you wish to follow along with us do feel free although please do restrain yourself from a post here if you are not one of us. I do hope you will enjoy this as much as Cas and myself.

Standing between the door and his car Dean set his hand on the roof with a small sigh. Before him was a parking lot, and beyond that was one one dinner he had managed to find in the town. Touching the top of his car he moved back and closed his door with a bang, looking around he walked towards the dinner wondering if the...... Angle he was supposed to meet was there. Sam was still gone from his life for the most part, Dean not fully certain Sam didnt have something to do with him returning from hell.
The entire mess was something he still needed to sort out his brother and Bobby only seemed to make it even more of a headache, and now Angels were a thing? Was any of this real at this point? Already he was confused as to what was happening and now he needed to figure out from the one person who apparently knew something what was happening, without his brother adding in to matters even more with his well, weirdness.

Castiel was sitting in a booth at the diner, waiting for Dean. Castiel had begun questioning everything after he had helped Dean, like his loyalty to Heaven. He was curious as to what was so special about Dean. He had heard stories about Dean but nothing that impressed him immensely. Castiel heard the trunk of a car shut and he looked outside. Dean didn't look like much from a distance but he knew that looks could be deceiving. Castiel considered popping outside and introducing himself out there but instead waited for Dean to come inside. He looked around before getting up and moving closer to the door. He stood a few feet away from the door. He had to remember he was an angel of the Lord, he worked for Heaven, and this man couldn't change that.

Walking in Dean took in the area for a moment, few were in the Dinner and none seemed off. Most were chatting calmly with each other, others were eating, then there was one sitting alone and staring directly at him mere feet away. "Could you not be creepy?" he asked with a small shiver being sent down his spine. The angel was to rigid, standing to still and straight hardly seeming in place at all. "Lets sit and chat, you'll attract less attention, maybe". Dean looked Castiel over unsure if this was a smart idea, sure Sam was hardly his normal self in any way but he did know how to try and bled in and act human....ish. Watching Castiel though Dean was unsure if he would get them in trouble or ruin the hunt Dean needed, he had to have some pat of his life back on track.

Castiel made a confused face at Dean when he was called creepy. Humans stand in places and they wait, how was he so different? Castiel looked Dean up and down, just taking notes on things he noticed. "I'm attracting attention?" He asked and looked around, there were a few glances his way but nobody was staring. Castiel went back to the table he had been sitting at and sat back down. Castiel watched the other humans, taking notes on their postures, the way they moved, anything that would help him be more human. He obviously didn't want to attract attention to himself or Dean but his visits to earth had been previously limited along with his interactions with humans.

"Your to stiff" Dean pointed out following after Castiel "Its better to relax your solders a bit more". Slipping into the booth he set his elbows up on the table out of habit as he watched Castiel. "Only a few people act stiff like that and it attracts attention, making them change how they talk and act around you making my job twice as hard." Dean pointed out to him. Castiel seemed unapproachable it seemed for the moment which would put others n edge round him and Dean really didnt want that, even in a suit he was more relaxed and approachable when he needed to be and could easily change his body language to be what he needed it to, for a time.

Castiel relaxed his shoulders a bit, taking advice from a human to be more human made sense. "Stiffness attracts attention. I'll try to remember that." He said as he reached over to the small bowl of the small coffee creamers. He dumped them out and began stacking them as he had seen a human do. "Is this supposed to be exciting?" He asked looking over at Dean. It wasn't very exciting although he was interested in what may have made something think of stacking them for fun. He stacked them in a pyramid type formation and put the bowl back where he had taken it from. Castiel was more curious about humans, even though he'd only been around them for a short amount of time.

Dean watched him with a raised eyebrow "For some it might be" he said with a small shrug and reached into his pocket pulling out a clipping of newspaper he clipped off. "Anyway I found something I think" he said setting the folded paper on the table. "Thought Id pull you into a hunt since Sammys being well..... Sam". Leaning back Dean glanced up at Castiels face, there were more reasons he could list easily, mot being centered abound what Castiel really was after all him being an angel was more crazy then he could handle for the moment. "Reports aren't much to go on but this is the 4th kid this month"

Castiel picked up the newspaper bit and read it. "Yeah. We should definitely check this out, just to be sure." He said rereading the newspaper bit a few times before setting it on the table. He had to make sure he memorized all the details just in case. Castiel looked over at Dean, his eyes lingering for a few moments before he put the creamers back. Dean made him question a few things, like someone who recently got saved from hell was almost instantly back on the job. Castiel thought about poking around in his thoughts but decided against it because he was supposed to work with Dean. Picking through his brain wasn't a way to become friends.

As Castiel looked back up Dean hard the waitress arrive to them and he smiled up at her grabbing a menu she offered him. "Well its a bit to late today to do more then look around, so I say lets eat" He said with a grin looking back to Castiel. It took only a moment or him to ask himself if Castiel actually ate or what he did. Dean wasnt sure what the other did really, all he knew so far was he looked human and pulled Dean from hell so he was powerful, besides that he knew little else about him currently. Hopefully for Dean he would get to know more about the other over the hunt.

Castiel looked at the waitress then at Dean. "I'll just have a coffee." He said to the waitress. He wasn't remotely interested in the coffee and he probably wouldn't drink any of it but he figured he'd order something to seem less odd. He was going to question Dean's knowledge of angels after the woman left and began wondering how much he was actually allowed to tell Dean. There probably was a limit but he didn't think Dean would ask questions that would have restricted answers. Castiel was going to use this hunt to get to know Dean, not because he had to but more out of curiosity. He hadn't ever had to save a human from hell before and he'd been alive quite a long time.

"Make it too for now" Dean said with a small smile as he flicked open the menu hardly looking t over till after the waitress moved out of his sight. "Only thing ive noticed in the clippings is all the kids went to the new park the day before they vanished. They all vanished and nigh in bed without anyone noticing. I figure we go to the parents for any more information and then swing by the park if we can and look around". Looking back over to Cas he returned the slip into his pocket "There are some woods by the park so I'm hoping we find a hint of something out there or something odd at least, or in the kid's rooms maybe"

Castiel thought about it for a few moments. "So maybe this thing is attached to the park or lives close by. I wonder if there are any abandoned places out in the woods." Castiel paused for a moment,"This thing might be climbing in their windows or if it looks like something kids trust, they could be letting it in." He suggested. He hoped the children were alive, they were innocent in all this. Their job was to kill this thing and Castiel would have no problem finishing the job. "Dean whatever we do, we need to find it and kill it before it takes a kid again."

Thats the plan, nothing about the kids have been found yet so I don't know what it does so that widens the pool of what it could be" Dean said as the waitress returned with two coffee's and set them down. "Any food fellow's?"
she asked with a smile directed at Castiel. Raising an eye brown Dean looked between the two "Burger and fry's sweetie" he said in an attempt to get her attention, she merely wrote it down on the note pad looking at Castiel still her smile remaining as she waited for him to talk.
Dean blinked and looked over at Castiel a bit surprised the women was paying more attention to the stiff then to him. He was used to Sam taking some ladys attention but the woman seemed to only be looking at Castiel really over paying Dean much mind. Honestly it annoyed him just a slight bit.

Castiel looked at the waitress for a few moments then looked back at Dean. "Just some fries." He said as he looked at his coffee. Castiel wasn't very interested in the woman, he was very aware that her eyes were on him but didn't think much of it. He put a bit of sugar in his coffee and two of the creamers. He stirred that together and took a sip of the coffee. He was trying to act human, the coffee didn't do anything for him. He looked back over at Dean and hoped he came off as human well enough to not cause suspicion.

"Be back in a jiffy with those sir" The waitress said happily as she walked off. "Okay really? I swear she's gonna try to give you her number next" he said looking back to where she walked to. "how do you manage that so quickly?" Dean asked hardly expecting an answer as he grabbed his coffee waiting for it to cool down a bit more before he started to drink it. If Castiel would answer him though he didn't know, the angel seemed about as interested in the woman as his coffee. Did he ever smile or show any type of emotion at all, so far he seemed to have a permanent annoyed look on his face that may or may not have to do with Dean.
