Within a room in the HQ's lower levels lays a massive, round table with chairs hastily placed. This room might have once served a different purpose, but with the events in Unova and Kalos fresh in everyone's minds, it had been put to a different use. On the center of the table was a huge screen, linked to GRAY and displaying a map of the Unova region. A few markings had been made on the map already, giving a hint as to the current climate over there. With what was going on, the map would prove to be an invaluable asset and the room would have its uses.

Mission: The Pillage of Humilau
With Flare thrown into chaos their allies are now as well. Team Aqua, not wanting to return to Hoenn empty handed, have turned to pillaging for their 'rightful' reward. Turning their ships towards Humilau City Team Aqua have descended upon the seaside resort and begun a full scale occupation and pillage. To make matters worse Master Varuna, who had expended much energy and sent his ship away to help evacuate Black City, is now trapped in Humilau City as well, wounded while trying to single-handedly protect Humilau. Head to Humilau City and help gym leader Marlon and his gym trainers drive Aqua back out to sea, and make sure you extract Master Varuna as well, where ever he is, he'll need medical care. Use caution, it seems Archie has discovered Mega Evolution during his time working with Flare.
Mission: Lacunsa Lockdown
It would seem the plight of Lacunsa City had gone unnoticed during the chaos of war, a plight that is now being recognized. It seems a group of Flare members led by a charismatic admin, one that can give Lysandre a run for his money, had taken complete control of Lacunsa Town and now that Lysandre has disappeared has begun to turn it into his own personal fief of sorts, with himself as lord. The city is under complete Flare control and the people serve their every whims, not unlike serfs serving a lord. There are constant patrols through out the town and the surrounding walls are constantly monitored, just like how Flare used to patrol Lumiose City. While it's not a large town it is extremely well fortified and Flare has used the local superstitions concerning the 'monster' of Giant Chasm to keep the citizenry in line. Head to Lacunsa Town and free the town of the Flare admin's tyranical rule. It won't be easy as some citizens have even been hypnotized by the use of Malamar, the admin's specialty. Gym leader Brycen will be willing to assist you, should you need it.
Mission: Once a Villain
While surprisingly Rocket has kept their end of the bargain and started to retreat from Unova one villainous group has decided to betray their employers in Hoenn and decided that they too deserve more of a reward and it is to be found in Unova, or more specifically Twist Mountain. Having hijacked tome of the planes Skyla used in an earlier bombing campaign, Team Magma has overrun Lantimas Town, taking it over as a base of operations while they searched for something in Reversal Mountain. If the rumors about a legend slumbering deep within the mountain are true then we certainly can't let them do as they please. Find your way into the reclusive village and send Magma packing. You may have to chase them into Reversal Mountain as surely Maxie won't let the chance of obtaining a legend pass him by. Be warned for this war has also taught him the power of Mega Evolution. Gym leader Flannery has been dispatched to offer assistance.
Mission: Battle of Opelucid
A battle is currently waging in Opelucid City, with the city already split in two parts. The ancient half of the city has been taken over by Neo Team Plasma, Ghetsis hoping to use the ensuing chaos to ransack the city and find the missing Light Stone he has desired for so long, believing it to be in the city. The modern part of Opelucid has so far held firm thanks to the efforts of gym leader Drayden, the burly man and his fellow Dragon Tamers holding back Neo Plasma's forces. The battle however is showing no clear winner and if allowed to carry on as a stalemate the casualty count will just keep rising as Ghetsis is not one to care for what becomes of his pawns. Head to Opelucid and help the Dragon Tamers reclaim the ancient city and send Ghetsis home empty handed. Be warned, Ghetsis has mobilized the Shadow Triad, a trio of highly skilled black ops agents that operate with ruthless efficiency. They are scouring the city for the Light Stone but they have also been ordered to 'neutralize' any prominent threats. Several attempts have already been made on Drayden's life by them. Also be cautious of Ghetsis' Hydreigon, it's a powerful beast like no other and he has learned how to utilize Z-Moves with it.

It's time to reclaim Virbank City from Flare's grip. While Flare has lost much ground in Driftveil to the north, thanks to the Indigo Alliance, they are still holding firm in Virbank thanks to assistance from Team Galactic. If allowed to hold onto this industrial city it will just allow them to continue their occupation of Unova even longer. The alliance is legitimizing this mission and has instructed Frontier Brain Anabel of the Battle Tower to assist you. Anabel herself is a powerful Psychic Channeler who along with her partner Alakazam make for a threat in its self. Rumors have it that she possess the legendary Pokemon Raikou. Another matter of concern is Galactic's true purpose here. Rocket intelligence has informed us that Cyrus is only assisting in order to search Route 20 for the fabled Cave of Being, a cave said to be a migratory resting place for the Lake Guardians, Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. Cyrus is too dangerous to allow to move around as he pleases so see to it he is found and expelled from Unova. Be warned, he too has learned the power of Z-Moves and is not one to be trifled with. Rumor has it he once defeated a legendary Pokemon with just his Weavile.
Mission: Striaton Struggle
While alliance forces are working, and largely succeeding, in freeing southeast Unova from Flare's forces they are having to mostly focus on Nacrene City. During the fight for Nacrene Dr. Fennel, who foolishly tried to return to Nacrene City as soon as she heard of the allied successes there, was kidnapped by Flare forces and immediately taken to Striaton City. In Striaton the assistants of the various Flare scientist have begun to take up an experiment their former bosses had wanted to undergo after Unova was conquered; to discover a practical use for Dream Mist. The Flare scientists believed that Dream Mists could be used in such a way as to give people custom made dreams and used in the right way could be used to completely brainwash people via their dreams. The remnants of the Flare science division are having the other grunts round up all the Munna and Musharna of the Dreamyard and forcibly expelling the Dream Mist from them to be used in a device they hope to use to brainwash whole cities of Unova and turn the war back in their favor. While the science division and these grunts are no more powerful than the typical Flare grunt they are being protected by a hybrid that has already been successfully brainwashed by their experimental device, a physically powerful Ledian hybrid from the La Ruche hybrid colony in Kalos. If you are to successfully stop Flare and remove them from Striaton you'll certainly have to deal with this hybrid. Fortunately the Striaton triplets have agreed to assist you.

Objective: The Minutemen of Twist Mountain are prepared to strike back. With help from Skyla and her air strip in Mistralton City the resistance forces are preparing launch a bombing campaign on Flare forces surrounding Nacrene City to help relieve defending forces. With Hoenn's ascension into the Indigo Alliance, Fortree Gym Leader Winona has been dispatched with forces of her own to aid the Minutemen, preparing and running the Lentimas Town airstrip for them as a closer recovery base. However things have become further complicated with the entry of Neo Plasma into the war, the Plasma Frigate making its advance over Route 3 towards Nacrene City to strike the city with their freeze cannon. Soften encroaching Flare forces with the Minutemen but focus on taking out the frigate before it's too late.
Mission: The Citadel
Objective: With southeastern Unova rapidly taken over by Flare forces all important individuals have attempted to flee the peninsula for Castelia City, however only made it as far as Nacrene City. Professor Juniper, Dr. Fennel, Amanita, the Striaton triplets, and of course Lenora are all stranded in Nacrene City and have decided to make a stand there against the invaders, proclaiming the city to be known as “Citadel”, a haven on the peninsula against the invasion. The Indigo Alliance has plead with 'The Citadel' to abandon Nacrene and flee to Castelia as originally planned. Despite the advances towards them allied forces have made they refuse to back down. Fight your way into Nacrene City and convince them to flee. If successful escort them across enemy lines and into Castelia City. Hopefully before the frigate arrives...

Objective: While not officially sanctioned by the alliance Sub has managed to get the allied forces to look the other way on Rocket's role in the war, Snagem securing them as paid mercenaries for now. As such Sub has taken command of a small squad of Rocket forces along with numerous of their resources. Thanks to Rocket the location of Neo Plasma's control base for the frigate has been discovered. Join the Rocket black ops squad and head towards a small island northwest of Nuvema Town, where the base is located. The goal is to infiltrate and disable the base's communication equipment, to leave the frigate without orders and blinded. Be warned, further Rocket intelligence tells us the base is protected by the infamous Shadow Triad.

Objective: While Hoenn has joined the alliance it appears they have decided to turn towards slightly unsavory actions (as if we're ones to talk). It has been learned that the Hoenn government has sanctioned Team Magma to kidnap the Trick Master. The Hoenn government has asked the Trick Master to present himself to the alliance to aid in the war effort however he has refused to use his inventions for war and thus the government has decided to recruit him by force, considering his expertise too valuable to waste. Magma forces are infiltrating the Trick House as we speak, where the master is currently holding himself up in. His mazes and traps might delay them but it's only a matter of time until they get to him. Infiltrate the Trick House yourself and get to the Trick Master before they do and bring him to Snagem HQ. We'll deal with the Hoenn government later.
Mission: The Storming of Shabboneau
Objective: Apparently Snagem's propaganda efforts in Kalos have born fruit and another uprising has taken place, this time in Camphrier Town. Youth from inside the town but mostly from Lumiose City have risen up and stormed Shabboneau Castle, seizing the castle for themselves and declaring themselves to be the government of the Republic of Kalos. The more traditional resistance forces we have dealt with are in contact with these youths and have asked us to aid them in fleeing Camphrier before the Royal Guard arrives to retake the castle and squash this alleged government. Though it would seem the Royal Guard are already there...
Mission: Minesweeper
Objective: We need you to take care of the remains of the minefield that exists around Virbank City. While our previous efforts did some damage, a more through sweep is required in order to guarantee that the threat of the minefield has been neutralized.
Mission: Revolution Radio
Objective: Since communication won't be as easily done between Snagem and the rebels within Unova, we are going to need an easy way to contact them. Thankfully, Reno has set up a radio broadcast system on top of Mt Silver. He just needs you to guarantee the signal frequency is dispersed out to the refugees fleeing Virbank and possibly to people still within the city to guarantee ease of contact.
Mission: Fyre Fest Refugee Camp
Objective: Due to the mass exodus of many of Virbank's residents, we are going to need a place for them to stay temporarily. So you are in charge of guaranteeing a smooth and rapid construction of this camp. I mean, you might get some complaints from the snotty kids who got kicked outta Virbank, but nothing like a refugee camp to build character.
Mission: Supply Drop
Objective: Some of the Unovans have decided to take up arms in response to the events at Virbank City, either because of what happened to them or out of fear with what could be coming to them next. But to have even a shot at success, they'll need some supplies brought to them. Just about anything could be of use to them at a time like this, so just bring what you can. Ideally, the refugee camp should make for a good live drop location for these supplies, or failing that, a Unovan that's willing to get the supplies to those who need it most.
Mission: Vive la Révolution
Objective: The time is ripe to rekindle the embers of the failed Kalosian Revolution. The Lumiose citizens saw strangers fighting off a vicious beast and now they must know who fought to protect them when Flare didn't. Sources indicate that Alexa, formerly of Lumiose Press and now wanted by Lysandre's government for inciting rebellion, filmed the entire confrontation in Centrico Plaza and is trapped somewhere in Lumiose City, Flare aware of the damaging footage she has. Find her and find a way to broadcast the footage and a message to the people of Kalos, that their Flare controlled government does not care for their safety and that their war is leaving them vulnerable.
Mission: Battle of the Drawbridge
Objective: The battle over control of Driftveil Drawbridge has become a protracted engagement. Aqua forces have formed a navel blockade along southwest Unova while the Indigo Alliance has arrived to defend the shores of Free Unova. With the drawbridge raised fighting has been reverted to sea and sky with Aqua handling naval warfare and Flare aerial. The Indigo League has deployed Lt. Surge to work with Clay, both of them overseeing the defense of the bridge and access to middle Unova. Aid the allies in preventing Flare from claiming the bridge for a land invasion and prevent Aqua's forces from penetrating the Alliance's naval defense. Make this costly enough for Flare to dissuade them from invading Castelia City so soon.
Hidden Micromission: Liberty Garden Island
Objective: The seas around Liberty Garden Island have been claimed by Flare but not the island its self it seems. The last time Unova was under attack the island's former resident, the legend Victini, rose up to help fight off the invaders and yet the legend has yet to appear. Get past Aqua's blockade and find your way onto the island. Once there find a clue as to where Victini went. Beware of Flare's air forces and Aqua's naval.
Mission: The Minutemen March
Objective: The time has come for the common man to strike back! The Minutemen resistance formed ^ out of the refugees gathered at The Grove inside Flare controlled Unova have decided now is the time to go on the offense. Their target is to seize control of Clay Tunnel from Flare who is currently using it as a supplies cache. The goal is to take the tunnel and seal off its Driftveil entrance. The Minutemen hope to make the tunnel and Twist Mountain their main base of operations to resist Flare. You'll need to help move a large amount of people as the goal is to only use the Driftveil entrance once.
Mission: Supplies and Scorched Earth
Objective: Flare now has control over the Cold Storage of Driftveil City, and with it a large cache of food. With such quantity they could feed their forces with just the cache for at least a year. Furthermore The Grove refugee camp is always need in supplies. Raid the Cold Storage and steal supplies for The Grove and while you're there destroy any supplies you can't take with you. The Cold Storage cache is too valuable to let them have but far too big for us to take for ourselves. Use the element of surprise to your advantage.

Ideally, the refugee camp should make for a good live drop location for these supplies, or failing that, a Unovan that's willing to get the supplies to those who need it most.
Mission: Vive la Révolution
Objective: The time is ripe to rekindle the embers of the failed Kalosian Revolution. The Lumiose citizens saw strangers fighting off a vicious beast and now they must know who fought to protect them when Flare didn't. Sources indicate that Alexa, formerly of Lumiose Press and now wanted by Lysandre's government for inciting rebellion, filmed the entire confrontation in Centrico Plaza and is trapped somewhere in Lumiose City, Flare aware of the damaging footage she has. Find her and find a way to broadcast the footage and a message to the people of Kalos, that their Flare controlled government does not care for their safety and that their war is leaving them vulnerable.
Mission: Battle of the Drawbridge
Objective: The battle over control of Driftveil Drawbridge has become a protracted engagement. Aqua forces have formed a navel blockade along southwest Unova while the Indigo Alliance has arrived to defend the shores of Free Unova. With the drawbridge raised fighting has been reverted to sea and sky with Aqua handling naval warfare and Flare aerial. The Indigo League has deployed Lt. Surge to work with Clay, both of them overseeing the defense of the bridge and access to middle Unova. Aid the allies in preventing Flare from claiming the bridge for a land invasion and prevent Aqua's forces from penetrating the Alliance's naval defense. Make this costly enough for Flare to dissuade them from invading Castelia City so soon.
Hidden Micromission: Liberty Garden Island
Objective: The seas around Liberty Garden Island have been claimed by Flare but not the island its self it seems. The last time Unova was under attack the island's former resident, the legend Victini, rose up to help fight off the invaders and yet the legend has yet to appear. Get past Aqua's blockade and find your way onto the island. Once there find a clue as to where Victini went. Beware of Flare's air forces and Aqua's naval.
Mission: The Minutemen March
Objective: The time has come for the common man to strike back! The Minutemen resistance formed ^ out of the refugees gathered at The Grove inside Flare controlled Unova have decided now is the time to go on the offense. Their target is to seize control of Clay Tunnel from Flare who is currently using it as a supplies cache. The goal is to take the tunnel and seal off its Driftveil entrance. The Minutemen hope to make the tunnel and Twist Mountain their main base of operations to resist Flare. You'll need to help move a large amount of people as the goal is to only use the Driftveil entrance once.
Mission: Supplies and Scorched Earth
Objective: Flare now has control over the Cold Storage of Driftveil City, and with it a large cache of food. With such quantity they could feed their forces with just the cache for at least a year. Furthermore The Grove refugee camp is always need in supplies. Raid the Cold Storage and steal supplies for The Grove and while you're there destroy any supplies you can't take with you. The Cold Storage cache is too valuable to let them have but far too big for us to take for ourselves. Use the element of surprise to your advantage.
