Edit Level:
!!!Each colorist who enters will have their own edit cap for their approved edit capability. Edited slots may be capped at minor, and unedited slots will be opt-in for edited pairs. Do not enter if you're not comfortable with this.
Unedit pairs should use the Unedit Form Modifier.
Children will not be more edited than their most edited parent.
Clarification: Uncapped edits does not mean your children will be edit monsters. It means that colorist is approved for all levels of edits.

Are you doing mock children?:
Mock children are CC, and up to individual colorists. They will decide once their pairs are rolled if they wish to do mock children.

[✦] This is a pay what you want kinda thing but the minimum spend is 10 mill gold / 1 platinum. So if you think our work is worth more than 1p go ahead, if you don't think it's worth more than that then just pay the bare minimum.

Rules

[✦] Since rules change periodically when the need arises, please make sure you are up to date on everything listed here. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. We are not obligated to inform you if you have broken a rule.
[✦] This is a polite reminder that colorists do not have to pass down incredibly complex traits, such as full-body custom scales.
[✦] Post certed images. It helps us see soquili without having to click every link! If you don't have a cert, a thumbnailed uncert will suffice, along with a link proving the soquili's eligibility (eg. a cert request made some months ago).
[✦] Provide full names. This applies to both the soquili and all owners. Please make sure they're spelled correctly as we copy the information directly from the form.
[✦] Fill out the form completely. If we spot something wrong, we'll point it out so it can be reposted.
[✦] Forms cannot be edited. Once the couple is put on the main list, we will not be going back and re-checking every form. However, you are allowed to edit anything that doesn't affect the list, such as adding uncerts, teepee links, throwbacks, or form modifiers. If you need to edit anything past that, see the next bullet point:
[✦] If you need to fix anything that changes the list, (be it by our request or your own) state in this thread that you are voiding your listed entry and that you’ll be reposting. After that, you may post the new form. If you fail to do this and are rolled for an incorrect slot (ex. you removed your unedited couple), your win will be nullified and someone else will be rolled instead.
[✦] If you are asked to void and repost a form, but edit it instead of voiding and reposting, the entry will be disqualified until you post a new form. Once the list is updated, we will not be going back to check forms. Please repost if asked to do so.
[✦] Each person can be involved in no more than two pairs in each raffle, and only win two slots per month. One person MAY enter both of the couples they are involved with themselves if they need to, but make CERTAIN that couples are not posted twice. Work out ahead of time with your breeding partners who will be responsible for entering in a pair. If they are entered twice, they will be disqualified from that raffle. Furthermore, you must have basket rights to the breeding (and therefore own or co-own one of the parents) in order to post the breeding. Proxying is not permitted.
If you do not have breeding rights to a soquili you co-own, then it does not count towards your two-couple limit, but you may NOT receive a basket from that breeding in any way, shape, or form.
[✦] You may only win two breedings per month total (Bribes do not count). If someone wins a breeding raffle slot, then they may only enter one couple for the remainder of the month's raffles.
[✦] Staff may enter, but cannot roll their own couple(s), regardless of who posts the couple. If this occurs, there will have to be a reroll.
[✦] Please use your exact, current Gaia username, not a nickname or old username even if that's what is on the cert. (??? Defunct rule? Have never seen this used since I was told to use it in April 2016)
[✦] Major mistakes that are spotted after winners have been rolled, such as triple-entries into the breeding raffle or lack of permission, can result in a nullification of the win. It is in your best interest to spot these ahead of time so that they can be corrected, or extraneous pairs removed instead of nullifying all of your chances.
[✦] Note: colorists are not required to pass down extreme edits, even for extreme x extreme pairs. Some traits may not be passed down, some traits may be reused. For example, custom legs may not be passed down, and duplicate wings may be used for siblings (or duplicated for the same soq if the soquili is multi-winged).
[✦] ‼NEW‼ Please do not use photobucket links. Please use official soquili host links if possible; if not possible, please use alternatives like imgur or discord. If you have a link to a pet on the soquili photobucket (uncert, cert, doesn't matter -- any official PB link), you can find its link on the new host as follows:

[✦] Stream: All customs and breedings are free to be streamed at the colorist's discretion. You're free to state you'd be interested in seeing it for your own custom or breeding, but we make no guarantees. In addition, users should not make special requests, such as "only if you quote me," "only when I'm around," and so forth. By entering you are agreeing to adhere to the colourist's livestream rules and that you have read the livestream disclaimer. Official progress will be shared via WIPs from us. Streams are just for entertainment. If you don't want your pets to be streamed then they will be DQ'd from the list automatically. You are welcome to enter another colourists' slots where livestreams are not part of a colourist's workflow and motivations. Not all colorists will do livestreams, so unless specified beforehand, do not request it from them.
[✦]‼Slot specific‼ LL Count Links Make sure your LL count is posted in your form so we can check to be sure you have 20+ tries under your belt. If your links are not posted in the form, you may edit your post to add them without voiding, but if they are NOT posted by the time the thread closes, you may be disqualified.


Double Check your LL Links!


In the instance of Group Breeding Events or Breeding Events that allowed for more than two couples to be posted, there may have been a LL Modifier that had to be added to your chosen couple's form for it to count for a LL entry.

If your couple in those slots did not have that modifier posted, then that entry is invalid for LL count. Please double check your links to make sure your past entries are valid for such events. I have gone through and checked most of the ones that I could catch, but I may have missed some.

If you find that you do have an invalid link, and therefore are no longer considered LL, please make a new post to void your couple so we can adjust the list accordingly. If you need to add additional valid links to your post to bring your count back to 20, then you may edit your post to change links.

If it is found that your couple has an invalid LL link after being rolled, we will have to DQ your win.

Unedited Modifier
Adding this modifier means you are okay with getting unedited children, and so will be listed on the open list and the unedited list.

Bald Ponies
If you have a bald parent or both parents are bald, their offspring will get hair with a random style thrown into the mix. If you would rather just have a bald kid, please add the following to your form.

If you have a parent with scars, they won't be added to the offspring (assuming they're recognized as scars, as some may be misinterpreted as markings). If you want your kids to have scars like their parents do, please add the following to your form.

Battle Damage
If you have a parent with broken horns, battered wings, tattered feathers and membranes, and so forth, their kids will have a chance of getting them unless you post the following form. If your soquili has custom wings/horns/tails/etc. that are broken off or incomplete due to damage, the children will have the chance to have complete wings/horns/tails/etc. in the perceived 'pre-damaged' style of the parents.

Q: If we have a heavy edit LL couple, can we enter for just the uncapped slots and not the minor only slots?
A: The edited slots aren't broken up between edit caps. The edit caps are there so people know what colorists are capable of. If you aren't okay with your couple possibly getting minor edited children from the edited slots, then don't enter.

Q: If my couple has edits, but I'm okay with unedit kids, if I use the unedit header, then my kids will be unedit regardless which list they are rolled from?
A: Yes!
If a couple has no edits, they will use the unedit modifier, and will be on both lists, and no edits will pass on.
If a couple has edits, doesn't use the unedit modifier, they will only be on the open list and edits will pass on.
If a couple has edits, uses the unedit modifier bc they are okay with unedit kids, then they will be on both lists, and no edits will pass on, basically opting out of edits for more chances to be rolled.
Unedited will be on both lists, and so already have more chances. Edited can choose more chances and no edits, or just edits and only on one list.
