Season 4

The war of the underworld is this season's title.

Kirito is a shell of his former self and the dark territory is going to invade sooner than ever. Alice and him live together on the outskirts of Ruuid village and Alice takes care of him. The other knights save for the commander disrespect Kirito unknowing that if he could move, Kirito would gladly fight on the behalf of the Knights and defend the human lands.

Episode 2

The Ocean Turtle staff are trying to figure out why they were attacked and realized that the army that attacked them are American and that they were after Alice from within the VR world. Meanwhile in the VR world, Alice just fought off a group of orcs and goblins and sent them packing back to the underworld. Kirito's condition hasn't changed yet.

Episode 3

Asuna wants to dive in to help Kirito improve his condition. The US Army wants to dive in as high level monsters and take Alice that way. Their plan, the US plans on preventing the Japanese creation of the Soul translator, the device Kirito is using for military use as it would upset the balance of power between the two nations. But, in order to do that, they need Alice removed to their side. The Japanese fight for the human empire and they want to save Alice from such a horrible fate.

Episode 4

Emperor Vector aka Gabe is obsessed with murder just to see human souls. He kills the lady leader of the dark knights who sought to destroy him. Then, someone poisoned the male leader of the dark knights before the leader went berserk then died.

Episode 5

The human side prepares themselves for battle against the dark territory. The pages of Kirito and Yugio come for a visit and swear to look after Kirito during the battle. They were saddened by their masters's conditions, but were reassured by Alice that they did all they could to serve both Kirito and Yugio. The gate between the dark territory and the human lands is about to collapse and war is about to break out.

Episode 6

The war begins and two chiefs of the dark territory go down as well as a bunch of ground troops. Meanwhile one of the human integrity knights got scared and ran back to the supply corps to hide.

Episode 7

The dark mages and the ogres got into position to attack, but Alice got the better of them and wiped them out.

Episode 8

The orcs sacrificed 3000 of their people to create a sacred art that was supposed to do heavy damage to the human side, but that failed and the humans now have the upper hand in the battle.

Episode 9

The pugilists attack the humans while the dark knights sneak in behind to get to the supply corps. Thankfully, the supply corps was saved by Asuna who arrived just in the nick of time.

Episode 10

At first Alice was jealous that Asuna showed up, but it was thanks to the commander that Asuna was able to stay. Asuna also saw Kirito in his condition and it would have made me happier if they would have kissed, but oh well. Anyway, the ladies who interacted with Kirito who are in this VR world are now about to swap stories about Kirito as Kirito sleeps.

Episode 11

The American side geek decided to help the dark territory by logging in people from the states as a beta test. Then Yui, who is Asuna and Kirito's VR daughter had phoned Sinon and told her what was happening. Then the friends of Kirito's from the VR games had decided to pitch in and help and try to summon as many helpers as they could to win this war. At first the others were not happy with the idea, but then Liz gave an impressive speech and one hopefully enough to win the Japanese players over.

Episode 12

The pugilists help the human army defeat the American beta testers as the testers were just there to kill whomever. Alice was snatched by the bad guy, whom Asuna and the supply corps are now following. They get trapped by another horde of American troops, but then Sinon comes in and saves the day by destroying some of the troops as she enters the world of Alicization.

Episode 13

After Sinon dropped in, Kirito's sister Leafa did and she ran into Lillipillin the Orc. Dee Eye Ell tried to kill Leafa, but thanks to some assistance from the Orc, Leafa was able to destroy Dee Eye Ell instead. Vecta is attacked by the time splitting sword guy and yet, Vecta is able to counter his moves and strike hard. Then Klien comes in at base camp and destroys a bunch of nobodies thus helping Asuna out.

Episode 14

Alice's uncle dies after he defeats Vecta and is mourned by Alice and Hanatio. All of Asuna's friends have come to help in the fight of the underworld.

Episode 15

The Koreans and the Chinese have been told lies through the leader of the laughing coffin guild and are out to get the Japanese players. Meanwhile, on the Ocean turtle, the blond guy with glasses is trying to restore Kirito to normal and has a gun at his face by the guy that went with him who is a dirty rotten traitor.
