During each show, the audience views a taped segment or stock film featuring children or families or others put in unusual situations and the host asks the audience to vote on either what they would do in the same situation or what the outcome would be to predict the outcome. After the results were tallied, the outcome is played.
NOTE: Some taped Segments or Stock film footage is shown at the Universal Studios Park in either Florida or Hollywood.
Some guests pick audience members to perform silly or extraordinary stunts. Stunts could involve handling animals, playing a very messy version of Twister barefoot, painting, dancing or creating sound effects. Sometimes, the end result would be the audience members would get covered in pies topped with Whipped Cream.

*Segment 1: Going down the Pie Slide* Cookie Masterson: Hi, I'm Cookie Masterson & welcome to What Would You Do Revived! Pause... Cookie Masterson: Wait a minute... Helen, Didn't I do this several months ago?
Helen connects frequency to Cookie's Microphone from the editing room Helen: *Off-Screen* It's a long story, Cookie. In the meantime, just read the cue cards that are written. Helen disconnects frequency to Cookie's Microphone from the editing room.

Cookie Masterson: This is the show where we put people into crazy situations to see them make even crazier decisions. So, for starters, it's time we brought back the Pie Slide!

Cookie Masterson: The Pie Slide is calibrated at a 45 degree angle which sends the slider down a non-stop course into this giant pie filled with Whipped Cream with a diameter of 8 feet, 25 inch depth & weighing in at 475 pounds, 6 ounces. It takes 9 hours to make each one & a crust just like mom used to make except way bigger. It's considered an honor to ride down the Pie Slide & the only way to find the Pie Slide is here on "What Would You Do" at the Nickelodeon Studios in Universal Studios at Orlando, Florida!

Cookie Masterson: Nice to meet you, Sirpa. Please walk this way. Cookie walks with Sirpa to the Pie Slide. Cookie Masterson: Please take your flats off along with the jewelry and take this Pie Camera as you go up the slide ladder then lie down. Hold the Pie Camera in front of you. Cookie says to Sirpa then to the crowd. Cookie Masterson: Okay, everyone! On Three, we'll see Sirpa slide down into the giant pie filled with whipped cream! 1... 2... 3!
Sirpa didn't really see a point in this, but she did as instructed.

Segment 2: Breakfast Foods Cookie Masterson: Well, that was really fun. Now What Would You Do tapes 4 shows a day as it did in 1991 and 1993. However, 30 Years Later and What Would You Do returns in a fandom sense. Here, Sirpa, dry yourself off with this What Would You Do Bathroom Towel & you can head back to your seat. Cookie gives Sirpa a towel to wipe off the Whipped Cream. Cookie Masterson: In the meantime, we have an Instant Replay of the Pie Slide...
Cookie Masterson: Okay. Who likes pancakes, raise your hands if anyone likes pancakes or wishes to try pancakes. Cookie sees some people raise their hands.
Sirpa and Ariane raised their hands. The greenhaired liked pancakes, especially potato pancakes, while the blonde didn't knew what it was, but she would like to try it.
