Building Cosplay Basics

Frequently when we make a choice to cosplay, we need to learn how to do the basics or even if we aren't making our full costume outright, we still need to alter piece and know how to alter pieces.

I hope that this forum will help with learning the basics of making costumes. This will not include bigger concepts such as making wings or tails and horns, but I hope it'll set the stage for making a shirt or a dress.
